飛騨高山餃子総本山

さいながらも魅力的な場所。とてもフレンドリーな料理人や人事担当者がいます。飛騨の肉、豚、鶏を使った餃子の数々。春巻。ローシーズン（2月）には待たなければならないこともあるので、ハイシーズンには想像したくないです。味は良いですが、素晴らしいものではありません。

山の素敵な小さな場所。口コミでベジタリアン餃子があるとあったので行ってきました。スタッフは本当にフレンドリーで親切でした。結局、彼らや他の顧客とチャットすることになり、一人旅の人にとってはとても素晴らしい経験でした。シェフは私にブロッコリーが好きかどうか尋ねて、持っていくようにいくつかくれました。本当にいい手触りです。この場所を覚えておきます。ありがとうございました

Came here and didn't regret it! Ordered the deep-fried Takayama gyoza and Hide beef gyoza (and even received two fried Takayama gyoza as a freebie!) The chef/master was incredibly friendly, kind and conversational, and the restaurant was cute, chill and very cozy.

The food itself was wonderfully tasty-I especially enjoyed the fried Takayama gyoza. The bottom of the gyoza was pan-fried to lightly crispy perfection, each gyoza was generously stuffed and the sweet-sour sauce on top was delectable. You can tell that the master loves what he does and enjoys interacting with and serving his customers-definitely one of my most positive experiences in Takayama.

If you're in the area, come check out this restaurant-I guarantee that you'll leave with a full stomach, warm cozy feelings, and a smile on your face:)

比較的新しそうな飲食店街の入口付近のお店。
高山餃子、飛騨牛餃子とシンプルなものから青菜野菜餃子、ローズ餃子ガーデンなど変わり物も取り扱っているようです。
注文は入口付近の券売機で行います。
味もよくおすすめできるお店でした。

Excellent restaurant! Vegetarian choices available. Probably the best gyoza place in Japan for tourists. Extremely warm and kind welcome.

8月に訪問。ふらっとたまたま行ったお店でしたがめちゃ良かった！！餃子美味しいし写真映えします (^^)
あと腹の足しにたべた牛すじ煮込みラーメンがこれまたでした。今思い出してもまた食べたい。
店主の方も気さくで、あっという間の楽しい時間でした。
長野から北陸行くのに通っただけの飛騨でしたが、今度は泊まりで来てみたいです！

It is located in the alleyways of Takayama street food district. Easily one of the best gyozas I had in Japan. It was open till late at night. However, it might have changed due to the current covid situation.

Best Gyoza ever! On top of the food the owner was so nice, friendly, so kind. Our night at Hida Takayama Gyoza Sohonzan was the highlight of our trip to Takayama. I highly recommend this restaurant.

AMAZING SERVICE!
The owner was really nice and accommodating. We first had to buy food coupon from a machine, the hand the coupon over to the owner. After we finished our tasty gyouzas, the owner gave us a paper to draw on as a sign that we had visited the restaurant. On the restaurant wall you will see drawings from people around the world who visited this place too!

Also, I guess that my drawing was very attracting to the eyes (?), he even gave us souvenirs as thanks too (I got Japanese mobile straps).

This is the best gyoza restaurant I've ever been to. The service was amazing, the chef is so friendly and the locals are very cheerful. The experience was amazing. (The gyoza being the best part). The chef also lets you draw something for his welcome board. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Our experience is hands done one of the best we had in Takayama! I was nervous about the place being hyped from all the good reviews but they are all true! Gyoza were freshly cooked, the cook was very friendly and totally made our night! We even left with a tiny souvenir and amazing memories! I wish I could eat the Gyoza from this restaurant more often and will come back to Takayama just for them!

Amazing restaurante! Not only the food, but also the service. The owner is the only one that cooks and provides the service in this little restaurante. We had their special dish, the gyozas and they were lovelly. The owner gave us also a souvenir in the end. If you are struggling for a place to eat in Takayama, this is the place that you should go.

Very good, tasty and good quality price restaurant. The food was so delicious. The atmosphere and the chef was really friendly. The restaurant is quite small (max 15 seats) but it worth the wait. There is a large choice of gyozas and we tasted almost everything.

Suzuki-san was a great host and his Gyoza are sensarional!
Don't miss this, when you visit Takayama

Would highly recommend eating here if you’re in Takayama. Everything was delicious - especially the miso bamboo noodles and hot/spicy gyoza soup (though this was a special). The owner is incredibly accommodating and was very nice to all the foreign tourists. I also loved the visitor board displaying all the drawings and artworks from guests!
