A confused mess is the best way to sum up this police station. There are two entrances which are poorly marked as to which part of the police station they are connected to. The building itself lacks clear signs to direct you to where you are going and I had to stop and ask a security guard where to go. In fact there as two separate buildings.
Inside the building is even more confusing with hand written signs and changes to existing signs. The information counter is actually a small desk manned right at the end closest to the entrance.
The station had no staff assisting people and on a busy day took over three hours to process the paperwork to change a number plate. Only one screen monitor was in use, two not working so people were clustered in one place.
The guy giving information replied to a question about where to find the information on property codes just gesticulated further down the building. In fact it was nowhere near where he was pointing.
Some tatty files were left on top of the counter to look up property codes. I recommend looking them up on the Internet as it is a lot more efficient.
Overall not a bad experience but the station could d of a lot more in terms of making clearer signage and having staff to direct people.
