6 Doburoku in simple words is a homebrewed sake. It’s a sweet drink with low alcohol content.
The soft cream with doburoku is so delicious and it’s worth to try! It’s the only place where I found that interesting combination.
There is a rest area with a nice view for the traditional houses in the village. You can also use the “engawa” to sit and have the food you buy there.
小雨が降る日でしたが歩き疲れたのでソフトクリームを頂きました
平日なのでお客さんも私と夫だけで縁側に座りながら目の前の景色を眺めながらのんびりさせて貰いました
合掌造りの縁側で落ち着いて休憩できるお店です。
お家の中からは子供の声が聞こえてきて、眺める景色と共に自然と懐かしいような気持ちが湧いてきます。
湧き水で冷やされるラムネは優しい冷たさで癒されました。
今は外で食べる形になっていて縁側で食べました。ちょっと雨が降っていたけど温かい天ぷら蕎麦で暖まり普通に美味しかったし値段も観光地価格でないのが好感持てる。GOTOトラベルの地域共通クーポンが使える数少ない飲食店でした。
We had two of our best meals in Japan so far! The noodle were amazing and the owner was the most nice and lovely lady ever! We really recommend it, as she said it’s open every day (365/366 days).
Is a nice tiny restaurant, very intimate but with a lovely essence. We had two different ramens, a Hida meat one and a Yakisoba one for less than 2000Y. If you go to visit Shirakawa, stop to eat here️
