菜っぱ

店に入るといきなり、
「ラーメン？、ラーメン？」
「いま〜水足しちゃったからちょっと待ってね〜」とお父さん。
すると奥からお母さんが出て来て、
「こちらへどうぞ〜」
と、カウンター席のイスをひいてくれました。
どうやら茹で麺機に水を足したばかりで、麺が茹でられない様。
平日、午後2時すぎの来店、不意をつかられた様子。
ただ、この短いやり取りでご夫婦の人柄の良さが伝わってきました。
少し寒かったので、中華そばと牛すじラーメンを注文。
他のメニューなども眺めていると、
ラーメン達が到着。全然待ってない。
いざ、ラーメンへ。
極細麺にあっさりスープ。
なんだかホッとする味。
トロトロに煮込んだ牛すじの甘みと旨みも良く合い、あっという間に完食。
お会計を済ませて店を出る際にも
「高山は寒いから気をつけてね〜」
とお母さんが見送ってくれました。
いろいろと温ったまるお店でした。

Absolutely love this little gem of a place. The ramen was, i thought, quintessentially Takayama style ramen: simple, refreshing, and very very delicious. I specifically loved the texture of the noodle here and the broth. Both were perfect. The place were intimate and the host were a very charming grandpa and grandma.:)

雨の中ふらっと立ち寄らせていただいたお店でしたが、飛騨牛ステーキがとても美味しかったのであまりレビューを書かないですが、投稿させていただきます。
脂っこさが全くなくあっさりしていてほとんどレアのお肉を頂きましたが、美味しかったです。店主さんもとても気さくで、居心地のいいお店でした。
また高山に来た際はお邪魔します!

The Hida Beef Ramen and Hida Beef Sushi are great. The Restaurant is run by an amazing and cheerful Chef. He made our trip to Takayama unforgettable!

ラーメンと飛騨牛握りの店
メニューが少ないが料理の価格設定は結構高め
味は値段は高めでも期待した程でも無く物足りない気持ちになりました
同じ通りの並びに飛騨牛とラーメンを扱う似た店がありましたけど一見さんならそちらも良いかも

Great tasting Ramen, and very fun staff. They were happy to have us even though we arrived close to closing time (after getting lost in the hills), and were happy to chat. Even took our picture for us. The chef loved to with my partner and myself, and insisted I put a ring on my partner's finger. I will definitely be back next visit to Japan (Ring and all).

After eating a few recommended restaurants around this area. I finally found this restaurant. Uncle and Auntie, owners, are very polite and definitely the taste of the dishes are very good. Hida beef sushi, beef ramen and Hida beef loin bowl. Sorry that I could take a photo only one dish. The others disappeared in seconds. LoL

I have went to few restaurants in this area and the hida beef here really very good. I'm have brought my family here brunch, Lunch and dinner in this restaurant. I have never ate beef like this. Pls come, you'll thank me later!

Nothing is worse than this restaurant in terms of both price and taste.

The noodles are terrible bad taste.
The noodles were soggy.
IThe soup was also lukewarm.

To my surprise, the lettuce with the steak was served without any cutting and cooking.

I warn you NOT to eat in this restaurant.

This was a great place to grab a quick bite, the older gentleman running it was super kind, enthusiastic, and gladly shared with us as many things as he could to make our experience great. Come for the food, or the owner: they're both amazing!
