みこと寿司

ても静かですが、寿司職人と彼の妻が経営する素晴らしい寿司屋です。お寿司は新鮮でとても美味しかったです！とてもリーズナブルな価格。素敵で居心地の良い雰囲気、フレンドリーなシェフと彼の妻を忘れません。

まずい
1000円のランチ頂きました。
はまちの臭みも感じとれて最悪なのは玉子焼きです。真っ黒と焦げてます。写真撮った後玉子焼きを裏返したら焦げて真っ黒になってる。家で焼いてもここまで焦げないですよ。
お勧め出来ないですね。
口コミがいいのが不思議なくらい。

ネタもシャリも大ぶりでガツンとお腹に来ます
高山は北陸から近く新鮮な魚が入ってくるのかお寿司やさんも多くて色々楽しめますよ

出張の時にたまたま入りました。
晩酌セットを注文しましたが、3000円でこの内容は大満足です！味噌汁が最高でした。
最後に飛騨牛の握りと雲丹も頼みましたが、非常に美味しいです。
大将と女将さんもよく話しかけてくれました！

寿司は美味かったけど、店内が暗過ぎてネタの色合いやら全く見栄えが悪かったです。
一見取っ付きにくそうな大将でしたが、
握り終えると途端に笑顔で話始めます。
サービスの手巻き寿司を手渡しで頂きました。ご馳走さまでした。

30年ほど前は毎月滋賀から通ってました。飛騨牛の握りが素晴らしいのですが、実は1番のオススメは中トロです。良いのが無い時は仕入れないみたいで、この店で中トロを食べる事が出来ればラッキーですヨ!

海なし県の岐阜なのに寿司屋が多い
しかもうまい。現代の流通なら鮮度が良くて当たり前かもしれないが昔から寿司屋が多いという。
ヅケなんかが本命かもしれないね
でもお腹いっぱいだったんでちょいとつまんで終わり

Fantastic! My partner and I had an amazing time. The food was delicious and affordable. But what really made our experience amazing was the service. This is a husband and wife operation and the husband is hilarious! They are friendly and warm and it just made our night. I highly recommend you visit and enjoy the food and great service

Delicious sushi, friendly owner, good atmosphere, affordable prices. I will go back if in the area again.

I’ve been in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Matsumoto, Nara, Kawaguchiko.but here in Takayama - in Mikoto Sushi I get the best sushi so far! Good rice and fish temperature, fresh ingredients, perfect cuts. And what’s most important - great atmosphere thanks to the chef and his wife.

Excellent sushi at a great price for the quality.

The itamae is lovely and made us feel very welcome, they have English menus and speak some English, we had a great evening laughing with the staff.

Highly recommended.

(final note is they are open late which is how we found it!)

Amazing sushi with fresh fish and reasnoble prices. The owners are really nice and welcoming and will assist with the menu. We enjoyed every second we spent in this place

Fresh sushi is served. The owners are friendly and the service is fast. The sushi set comes with the miso soup which is super Delicious! The owner came and take photo with us at the end of service too!

ホットペッパーに載っていた飛騨牛のちらし寿司を頂きましたがおいしかった。
店内のメニューにはありませんでしたが作っていただけました。
ご主人も女将さんも優しくてよかったです。

Chef and his wife were very nice, limited English so we missed one of our dishes (if you can't speak any Japanese it might be hard for you)
you are allowed to smoke in there.a bit inconsiderate.
Sushi was prepared fresh, nice and tasty

出張で3日連続でお世話になりました。料理はもちろんですが、とにかく大将と女将さんが最高 (^-^) /初訪問で一人旅で少々心細かったのですが、一気に高山が好きになりました。また必ずいつか訪問したくなる店でした。

地元で回らないお寿司をと探して行きました。大将見た目怖いかなと思ったら気さくで話上手でした。
女将さんもとても対応が良かったです。
お寿司も美味しくて大満足でした。
また行きたいと思います！

Awesome place! Owners are super friendly, we laughed a lot. The sushis are great and at the best quality/price ratio we found in Takayama.

Sushi was OK but wasn't the great. We were disappointed that the Salmon Nigiri was made from Salmon that was out of a packet and did not taste good at all. Chef did not communicate with us at all but his wife was very welcoming and friendly.
