インド料理 シャグン(SHAGHUN) 溝の口店

週間前に両親と一緒にここに行きました。実は2回連続です。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、食事は最高です。 Shagun を他のインド料理レストランと比較すると、少し高価ですが、間違いなくそれだけの価値があります。南インド料理も提供しています。

間違いなくミックスミートの盛り合わせがおすすめです。

ンド料理は本当に美味しいのでオススメです。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで温かさに満ちています。夫の誕生日だったので、事前にレストランに通知しませんでした。数時間後にそのことを伝えると、本当にかわいくて斬新な誕生日ケーキを持ってきてくれました。本当にありがとうございます

The customer service is very poor. Nepali worker at this restaurant was very rude. He was just giving his suggestions unnecessarily and not focusing on what the customer needs. Firstly, When I ordered the biryani after the main course he said you should not order extra because you won't be able to finish it all. Secondly, When I asked him to get me some ice, he said the water is already cold and you don't need ice with it. The experience was very frustrating and it just ruined the perfect dinner plan. The food was good though but If you want to have a pleasant dinner time I would suggest to avoid this place. My first disappointing experience at an Authentic Indian restaurant in Kawasaki.

I have been to this retaurant for dinner. The Lacchedar parathas I ordered were not so authentic but I liked the spicy chicken masala dish. I would like to rate just 1 star to this restaurant because of the staff who seemed to be nepali. His attitude was pathetic. He gave his needless suggestions regarding not ordering on food inspite of not being asked. It seemed that he didn't want us to order more food to save his efforts to serve us. This really ruined the dinner mood though the food was fine.

日曜に独りで行って、マトンビリヤニと肉料理を注文。ビリヤニは作るのに時間がかかるのか20分位待った。はじめて食べてみたが美味しかった。ディナー位の出費になり、中年独りには量も多すぎて
勿体なかった。次は奧さんと一緒に行きます。

このビリヤニから私のインド料理沼が始まりました。
マトンビリヤニがとても美味しいです。
北インド料理が多いですが、南インド料理もあります。
夜に行くと値段は上がりますが本格度も上がります。

The best, most authentic Indian restaurant in Japan. Every single dish is flavorful, complex, loaded with spices, and delicious. This place is a 2 minute walk from my house and is a staple part of my diet. We dine-in, get take out, and delivery frequently. Also, the quality never took a dip even despite the pandemic. My wife and I were sure to eat here even more often to support our favorite restaurant in the area.

The mutton biriyani, saag paneer, and “special” tandoori (half shish-kebab half chicken) are fantastic dishes I recommend for anyone who loves Indian food. My wife particularly loves the butter chicken and cheese naan. Hell, it’s the food we served for our engagement party!

The staff and owner are also very friendly and accommodating. I enjoy that we can banter in English, and appreciate the relationships we have built over the years. We’re really going to miss this place if we end up moving!

ランチセットのカレー2種で、ナン、サラダ、バターチキン、サグチキン（ほうれん草）を頂きました。
バターチキンは、他店よりも少し濃厚、甘め、ほうれん草は、他店よりもサラサラで、味は少し薄めな印象。美味しく頂きました！
ごちそうさまでした。

ランチでBセット (カレー2種、ライスorナン、サラダ、ドリンクで850円税込み) マトンカレーと日替わりカレー (じゃがいものキーマ) をいただいた。

全体的においしいし、コスパ良いのでまた行こうと思う。

マトンカレー
結構羊感あるので、羊好きにはおすすめ。
じゃがいもキーマ
もっとスパイス感が欲しかったかなと思う。
ナンとラッシー
おいしい。特にラッシーおいしい
サービス
フレンドリーでナンのおかわりを聞いてくれたり、他のテーブルの小さい子においしいか聞いてたりしていて感じが良かった。

2/5　10回目くらいの再訪
ここはカレーもナンも美味しいのですが、厨房のスタッフが1人はノーマスク、1人は顎までずらして仲良く大きい声で話ししていました。
途中咳も聞こえました。
残念です。
コロナが終息してからまた行きたいと思います。

お店に入ってスタッフの対応の悪さが酷く
2種のカレーを注文
1つはバターチキンカレー　めちゃくちゃ甘い
砂糖がたっぷり入ってる位の甘さでした2度味味して無理でした
2つ目はほうれん草カレー　シャビシャビの薄口　味がとにかく薄い

Good price and good food! The amount of each dish was big. Spent 4000+ yen for two of us, and we got full.

めっちゃ美味しい! 　ここで食べたら、難民の人へ食事代から寄付されます。

日曜日のランチで利用しました。
バターチキンカレーとマサラカレー、ナンを単品で頼みました。辛さは聞かれなかったので変えられるのか分かりませんが…
バターチキンは甘め。子どもでも食べられると思います。マサラカレーは玉ねぎの甘さがありつつ、スパイシーでおいしかったです。
平日はお得なランチセットもあるみたいなのでまた利用したいです。
ただ、エレベーターがないので、2階のお店までベビーカーを持って上がるのが大変でした。帰りは親切なお店の方が持ってくれて助かりました。ありがとうございました。

平日ランチで訪問。周辺に飲食店が多いですが、それでもお客さんは結構入っていました。マトンビリヤニをオーダー。スパイシーな感じはなくとても食べやすい。日本人向けアレンジか。逆に言えば少し物足りなさもある。単にカラいのではなく、スパイスたっぷりのビリヤニが好みです。お肉はしっかり入っています。ただ、1100円でマトンビリヤニ＋サラダ＋カレー1品＋ドリンク=1100円のお店に普段行っているので、ここのマトンビリヤニ+ドリンク=1300円は、やや高めな印象。
カレー、ナン系はオーダーしていないので不明。次回来る機会がもしあればカレーかな。

何回か行っています。
カレー、ナンどちらも美味しく満足です。
月曜日に行くと卵を頂けるのでお得です。
値段は安いって訳じゃないけどまた行きたいと思える店です。

接客対応やオペレーションもしっかりされています。

まずナンはとても美味しい。
特にバターをふんだんに使ったとかではないけど、ナンの厚さをわざと不均等にすることで食感にバリエーションを作ったのはとてもいい。

カレーだが個人的にはあまり好まない味だった。
香辛料を全部細かくすって煮込んだ味。
カレーよりはカレー味のスープかシチューに近いと感じた。

ナンに食感のバリエーションをおいたので、カレーに香辛料のポイントを活かして味に不規則さを与えたらより食べる楽しさが出来るようになるかと思う。

インド料理のお店って最近はたくさんありますが、どこで食べてもそこそこおいしくて、お店の差ってあんまり無いかなーと思っていたのですが、ここの料理を食べてびっくりしました。すっごいおいしいです。これまで10種類くらいこちらのカレーを食べましたが、どれもおいしいですよ。ビリヤニも美味です。

出前館などのデリバリーでも注文できるので、まだ食べたことの無い人はぜひ一度食べてみてください。どれを食べてもおいしいですが、ここのフィッシュカレーは他のお店にはあまり無いと思いますので、魚がお嫌いでない方はぜひ。

First and foremost, I wanted to bifurcate my rating to this restaurant. On a positive note, I would say 4/5 for the taste and almost 0 for the service. I would like to share the detailed explanation based on my experience with no exaggeration.

So about the taste, as a South Indian I agree the food was really tasty especially the chicken biryani, masala dosa and needless to say about their paneer pakoda. I could feel the satisfaction thoroughly in terms of the taste. However, I can't relish it completely due to several factors concerning to the service.

I visited the restaurant with my Japanese guests yesterday. Call it friendly or not, but interrupting at every other minute in between our meal time was so disturbing. I would have tolerated if it was for once or twice, but it was literally for "n" times which made us felt very uncomfortable. For example, while I was trying to explain about the food I ordered to my guests, the waiter interrupted and give his idea in Japanese as if we asked him. Actually, the waiter talked to my Japanese guests and ghosted us and also made us to feel "okay" with such interruptions. It could be addressed as a friendly manner, but it was definitely not and have put all of us in an uncomfortable state.

Secondly, we wanted to order few south Indian dishes, and we would be definitely comprehend the situation where is not possible to make them while busy hours. Rather the waiter was rude and told us "no no don't order this, we cant make this", and he literally forced us to order Gobi Manchurian for almost 5 times. Well, he was so impatient and kept forcing us to order something, where we wanted some time to think of other alternatives. The tense created in us made us to not enjoy the overall experience.

Also, to keep an eye on us all the time and kept interrupting our conversation made us to leave earlier. That's the reason I couldn't relish the taste of the food. I felt the waiters could have been more sensible in giving the customers their privacy. I hope this could be changed, otherwise this will be a biggest drawback. I might have ignored it if I came there alone but when I was with guests with an expectation to establish connection, that was highly disturbing!

It was my honest review.

I just ate some mutton and mix vegetable curry and also had some lassi, one or some of those gave me food poisoning. Never will I visit this place again.
