最寄り駅は京急の黄金町駅、JR関内駅からは遠い。セミダブルの部屋で室内は清潔だがかなり狭い。ユニットバスも特に問題なく、エアコンも個別なのが良い。

施設内にコンビニはないがすぐ裏手にあるので不便には思わなかった。

ホテル自体に不満はあまり無いが今回アクシデントで深夜1時過ぎに火災警報が鳴る。
誤報だとアナウンスがあったがその後また鳴った。フロントに詳細を確認したかったが内線に誰もでない。かなりのマイナス

Service was good, location was good, the inside looked pretty new. The room was a little small, but the beds were comfortable, with 2 plugs near the bed, 2 above the fridge, 2 near the tv and a shaver plug in the bathroom. Amenities (apart from the toothbrush) need to be picked up from near reception. I did call once and ask for another towel but the person said she couldn't leave reception and that we had to go down to pick it up, which was a little strange. We asked for extra pillows on the first night and we got amazing orthopaedic pillows, which were super comfortable. All-in-all it was pretty good.

コスパにつきる。部屋はきれいです。海水浴で利用したんですがコインランドリーあり駐車場を電話予約はちょっぴり面倒だけど総合的にグッド朝食はコロナ対策で部屋に届けてくれるんですって。ほぼ家族以外とは接触せずに過ごせました。

テレワークのためデイユースで利用しました。この辺りで7時〜22時の長時間滞在できるホテルでは安い方だと思います。
室内も清潔感があり、Wi-Fiもあるので快適に過ごせました。
清掃の音など部屋の外の音が良く聞こえるのがちょっと気になる点ではありました。
京急線の黄金町駅から近く、アクセスしやすいです。

改装されたようで清潔感ありますしアパホテルの様に狭くはありません。設備に不満はないと思いますが夏場の空調は合わせにくいです。ただし、隣の人の話し声が聞こえるのは残念でした。繁華街にあるので出張に良いと思います。

Stayed for 4 nights. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Would stay again in the future. Recommend this hotel!

Its decent for what you paid for. That being said. Cons: Im 5'9 and I too tall for the shower, had to hunch down so I don't hit my head. The toilet flushes so violently that water splashes on to the seat. The whole building shares two wash and two dryers, so try to get laundry done early. Pro: AC is nice and cold. Location is amazing.convenient stores, tasty food, and train stations right at your door steps.

Try to sleep if you can. The staff allow to the guest do what they want. So you have people (including children) screaming, running, playing and smashing doors rooms all the time. At 1,3 o 5 am. It doesn't matter. You can't sleep at all.
Nobody speaks english. I tried to explain the situation to the staff but they only said "i am sorry". Very poor experience.
Also is far away from JR stations. Like 1.5km.

Far from the city center Shinjuku. You have to walk for a few minutes for the stations and restaurants like KFC or MD.the rooms are standard, but spacious compared to some other hotels like Best Western Yokohama.
That best western had the tiniest room I have ever stayed, and paid about USD 170 per night for that room! Although their breakfast was reasonably better compared to their rooms.

Anyway, I stayed there happily, no complain what so ever. Because their room rate is reasonable.

Entrance and lobby are very clean and modern. Guest rooms are dated, but clean. Bathroom is extremely small, and a facade over what appears to be ducting makes it nearly impossible to stand up straight in the shower. A decent budget room if you don't plan on spending much time here when you're not sleeping.
