Come early here especially on a friday morning. No a lot of people. Service is very fast.
Staffs are very friendly, nice and accommodating. Place is clean.

Staff are very friendly and the building is very open and well kept. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen and even if it were a busy day they have a mini stop on the first floor as well as a qr code system that will tell you if your turn is soon. Thank you for looking after me.

Waaaaay easier than Saitama branch. Faster and less people (maybe because it’s Obon) and the parking was free!

付き添いで在留期間更新のために訪問

平日の12時ごろは結構空いていました。
駐車場があるので車で来る人は便利だと思います。

一階で証明写真（800円）を取り、2階の2番窓口で番号札を取って呼ばれるのを待って申請書を提出。
3人待ちで申請だけなので全部で20分くらいで終わりました。

品川に比べると分かりやすく、空いているので今後はこちらに来ようと思います。

Number of people waiting for application here is significantly smaller than in Shinagawa immigration office. The environment and attitude of staffs are also way better than in Shinagawa office.

So in short, if you are living in Kanagawa, go Yokohama immigration office instead of the one in Shinagawa, you will get way better experiences here.

就是不知道为啥选址选在工业园区里了，可能是图方便技能实习的铁子们？

親切で待ち時間も相対的に少ないが、交通アクセスがずば抜けて悪い、事務員さんの通勤が相当大変だとも。

全国各地に入管局はあるけれど、交通の便が悪いところに所在しているケースはかなり多い。ここ横浜は、その中でも群を抜いて不便なところにある。公共交通では、新杉田駅からバス。品川の本局も品川駅からバス。こういうのって、管轄している法務省の政治的影響力の弱さとか、国の諸機関の中におけるステイタスの低さとかが影響しているのだろうなと思われる。

Some visitors say “Need to improve English. ”
But here is Japan, so I think you guys need to improve Japanese!
There are very different between Japanese and English. You know that most of Japanese are not good at speaking English such like your Japanese.
For living in Japan, Speaking Japanese is very important. And your life in Japan will be better.

遅い！遅い！遅い！留学ビザの更新には1ヶ月以上がかかるとは、不思議だ！作業効率を上げってください！同日品川の管理局に提出した友達が二週間前もうハガキをもらった！人が多くないのに、どうしてそんなにおそいのか、理解できない！

They don't give permanent visa even you send all papers they need. We paid taxes and everything we stay here almost 15 years.

出入国管理局と書いてある建物が見えたので車を停めるとなんとそこはお隣の会社の駐車場. 働いている方が親切に「お隣ですよ〜」と教えてくれた。間違える人が多いのでしょう。ゲートをくぐり、駐車券をピックアップ。感じのよい警備員が立っている。駐車券の無料処理は必要なし、帰り、駐車券を入れるとゲートが開く。私のように途中から車の中で待つ人はあまり日の当たらない場所など停める場所を考えた方がいいかも。まあ、どこも一緒かな。
1階入口で手指消毒、空港にあるような体温を自動測定する機械のところを通る。その後、2階へ。手続きがよく分からなかったのでインフォメーションへ。
申請書をもらい記入、写真は持ってなかったので、1階、ミニストップ前の証明写真機を利用（800円) 。2階の申請書を記入するテーブルに、のり、ハサミ、ボールペンがあったけど、気になる方は自分で持っていったほうがいいかも。みなさん、行く前に済ませてくるのかな。
申請書に写真を貼り、パスポートなどと一緒に真ん中あたりの窓口に提出。空港の出入国審査のように愛想のない男性が対応。渡すだけなので問題なし。
この日、比較的空いていたけど、受け取りまで1時間半ほど。私は1階のミニストップでソフトクリームを購入し、車にいた。
18年前に山下公園近くの出入国、その後、品川、そして出入国横浜市局と3カ所行ったけど、イヤな思いをしたことはないかな。国籍、職業などで対応は変わるかも。怪しそうな外国人もちらほらいるよね。
帰りは近くにある横浜南部市場でお買い物。早い時間に行けば、海鮮丼などがいただけるかもしれない。

とても綺麗な館内。館内にはコンビニエンスストアも併設されており、差し入れするのにとても便利。
駐車場も無料！
近くに三井アウトレットパークがあるので面会帰りにランチッチ！！
職員も驚くほど、親切で融通のきく方が多い！
面会時間ギリギリ（1分前）に到着したが、嫌な顔1つしないで手続きしてくれたのには本当に感謝としかいえない。
駐車場は自動ゲート式で、左ハンドルの車で行ったのだが、警備隊の方がわざわざチケットを取ってくれた。

Very kind, helpful and fast staff. Waiting times a little bit long but it's normal. Japan needs more immigration offices. Very satisfied.

This is the place where you can renew your visa, certificate of eligibility. Etc. There is no big Que but you have to wait some time for your work.

They denied to accept dependant visa extension application by me as legal representative for my wife as she couldn’t go with me at that time. Because she had delivery 20 days back. So, I visited here for mine & Wife’s also application for residence of our new born baby.

Later we went again for her application. We were worried how to feed baby as he was only 40 days old than, but there is feeding/nursing room available at the 2nd floor.

Also here there isn’t much waiting time or queues for application. If you got all documents ready it will take 30~40 minutes including waiting time for application and at the time of getting permission (residence card).

Only issue we faced was location, public transportation connectivity is good but limited ferries. Better to take taxi to reach here from stations.

二回目利用しましたが、コンビニで、プリントの仕方が使えない外国人に会い、その人を連れて二階の5番相談窓口に行ったら、冷たく大きな声で馬鹿にされました。
最終的にコンビニのおばちゃんに助けて頂きました。コンビニのおばちゃん本当に親切です！

新築建物で内部も広々、快適なデザインです。手続きを素早く出来る丁寧にサビースが実現されています。子供を連れてる方に遊びスペースが整えられています。１階にコンビニ、お手洗いは清潔、どんな場面でもいいところです。

付き添いで行きました、日本人です。
品川の評価があまりにも悪いのでわざわざ遠い横浜支局に行きました。
インフォメーションセンターの女性が流暢な英語を話すので安心だと思います。
館内の展示物が殆どが日本語なので、まさかとは思いましたが、案内された先の担当の方に英語がわかりませんと言われました。しかし、英語の文章で書いた申請書を読んで、最終的に分かりましたと言っていたのが違和感を感じました。
結局わかってるのかわかってないのか?
おそらく、ここの評価の底上げはインフォメーションセンターの女性のおかげかと思います。

I visited with my boyfriend.
We live in close to Shinagawa.
But we visited at Yokohama. Because it received bad evaluation.
The person, she can speak good English.
She is staying at information center.
We were relieved.

I found many posters written in Japanese.

I didn't expect staff, He can’t understand English at reception.
However he received written in English our documents.
He looked it. And after that said to us. “I’m understanding ”
I don’t know he can understand it.

It took too long for the reply from there side. I went for the visa renewal at feb and till now i didn’t get any reply from them. Its been more than 3 months. Worse immigration ever

Spent more time taking the train and bus getting there than waiting in the queue.
