くりはま花の国アーチェリー場

横須賀市のくりはま花の国にある、アーチェリー場です。
本格的なアーチェリーを、初心者が安い料金でこんなに気軽に体験できる場所はなかなか無いと思います。

Adequate targets at various ranges. 18m was what I was looking for and they have a small area set up just for that! They allow compound bows up to 60lb! As a foreigner, I was able to utilize the facilities without having an AJAF “Green Badge”. I’m no Robin hood, but I’m also not a novice to archery, range safety, or marksmanship. This is one of the few facilities that will allow you to shoot without the badge or scorecard showing proficiency. I had some work done on my bow and wanted to check / adjust sights as needed as well as do some paper checks. This place served that purpose perfectly. If your on foot it’s about a 15 min walk from the nearest station. Or 3min if you take the #7 or 8 bus (just make sure you take the one going in the right direction). The facility has restrooms and an extremely accommodating staff. @ just ¥200hr this place is a phenomenal value! Japanese speaking staff, but it’s Japan! There are ranges closer and more accessible but the welcome and friendliness of the staff combined with the willingness to facilitate my needs I received at this facility, I will return to this place to begin my journey with archery in Japan.

道具もレンタルできて料金も安いしきちんとした指導を受けられる。
小学生でも高学年から利用できるので家族で遊べます。
花の国を散歩してお弁当食べたりかなり楽しく遊べてオススメですよ。

指導員さんは親切丁寧に教えてくださり、初心者でも楽しく体験できました。
価格もお手頃で、指導料すら請求されず、市営の施設は凄いなぁと思いました。
初心者向けの10mの場所は横に射撃場があり、中が、ちょっとだけ見えたりします。
