During my two weeks stay in the area. I tried different massage places in Tokyo, but none of them satisfied me. My lower back is still tight and always feel heavy.
I was about to give up the sesrch, but I am glad I gave this place a try before leaving.
This is deep tissue massage + chiropractice. Every pressure points that he pressed, I felt the relieft in my head! Also, when he cracked my neck and my back -AMAZING! This is what I have been looking for!
I will be coming back here whenever I come to Yokosuka/ Tokyo! Best 5800 Yen I ever spent!

I had a pinched nerve that was bothering for a week. I was in so much pain and my fingers were numb. I went to one session and it’s almost completely better. I feel like a new person! Most amazing deep tissue massage and manipulation!

He speaks English well enough to understand what you need to have worked on. For a reasonable price you get 45 minutes of a pressure point massage along with needed chiropractic adjustments. A great value for the money and reimbursable by your health insurance.

Best 5800 yen I’ve spent. I recently had a baby and my lower back/pelvic had been giving me major issues. I left feeling AMAZINGLY. I felt like I could go for a run–and I’m no runner. It was a different type of deep tissue message. I was expecting oils and lotions to be used but no I was fully clothed–I wore workout legging and a tank top. It was more like pressure points and muscle isolation using his thumbs and knuckles along your spine. Along with pressure using his palms. I don’t know but I felt AMAZING! It felt more like a doctors appointment, like I was taking care of my body. Despite the previous review, He made me feel very comfortable and highly professional. I even asked if I could share the company on my YouTube channel, which he gave me approval. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because I kinda wanted the oils and lotions rub down type of massage as well and soft spa music playing in the background. Maybe I picked the wrong package. But Other than that

腰痛改善の為、整体院を探していたところ口コミで良さそうなので来院。
施術中も優しい口調で丁寧な雰囲気。
施術以外にも座る時の正しい姿勢だったり、改善の為のストレッチなど教えて下さり助かりました。
これからも定期的に通いたいと思います。

I went here for back strain that was so bad it was difficult to walk. I explained this to the therapist, Mr. Maezawa, and he performed an hour long deep-tissue and chiropractic massage that substantially reduced the pain. I was really surprised how much of a difference it made!
I returned whenever I had muscle strain. He speaks English so this makes it easy to make appointments or explain where I am hurting.
He is very professional and also offers advice for muscle health that has been helpful.
He is licensed not just in Japan but holds a U. S.license as well.
The clinic is close to base, just a five-minute walk from the main gate.

Maezawa has a very kind and profesional staff. Really enjoyed my experience. Adjustments and massage relieved my back pain greatly, definitely will go again!
