組み立て頼めばこれだし、品物持って来ればこんなんだし、お値段以上

笑わしてくれますね～。もう少し品質管理が必要では…

棚は前もって配送 (５日) 。電話したら交換に来るらしいけど…

椅子は組み立て頼んでこんな感じ…機能的には問題無い所ですが、黙ってやり過ごす所があり得ない

因みに７日に組み立てに来て今気が付き腹がたったので投稿しました～

せっかくの新しい生活が台無しです

夏用のスリッパを買いに来たがあまりお気に入りの感じのがなかった。その代わりフライパン、ハンガー、ラックなど買いました。
あと、買うのを迷ったのが食パンがそのまま焼けるホットサンド1,980円でした。

先月、ニトリ横須賀点にカフェカーテンを2枚買いに行きました。家に帰って取り付けてみると縦の長さが2〜3センチも違い取り替えてもらおうと再び店に行ってサービスカウンターに行ったら4人位従業員がいました。誰も私達に対応せず少し待って１人の人が整理券をとって待っていて下さいと対応。その後、
番号が呼ばれ事情を話したところ、対応した店員は謝りもせず長さを計りだし失礼な態度、今度新しい交換で持ってきたカフェカーテンが又長さ違っていた為、返金してもらいました。
ニトリさん質が落ちたな
と、思った

カーテンを求めて訪問。
以前も、ベッドやそのほかの家具を求めて、なんども行きました。
駐車場もそこそこ広く、停めやすいので有難いです。
マスク着用、手指消毒、飛沫防止のパネル、しっかり対策をしてありました。
今回はカーテンを見てきましたが、質問などにもとてもいい対応をして頂き、売り場の森さんに感謝です。

売り場が広くて日用雑貨から家具まで いろいろあり 見てまわるだけでも楽しい。
カーテンを見に行きましたが 探していたサイズがあり 助かりました。
駅から だいぶ歩くので 車で行くのが いいでしょう。

Love the furniture and the savings. For americans that dont know. This is kinda like the Ashley of America. A little more expensive than IKEA but cheaper than, say, Wilson and Sanoma. But for the price you get good stuff that will last.

品揃えは良いのですが、食器等はワンパターン。寝具等はまあまあ。2 F の家具は見るだけでも楽しい。時々切替のための値下品があったりします。ただ質の良さとなると｢お値段以上…｣ではないかな～？

Bought a mattress and delivery, earliest time was 3 weeks out, which is acceptable, but they never showed up or called when they "couldn't find my place" now instead of trying again after me contacting them and getting directions they push it out another week. Now there is a week with no mattress because I got rid of the old one to make room.

If you don't have a car, this store is about a 20 minute walk from JR or Keikyuu Kurihama stations, and about a 10 minute walk to Kita-Kurihama station. It has a larger selection and usually more in stock than Nitori in MORE'S in Yokosuka-chuo. The staff have always been very helpful and accommodating, even though we usually only make it very close to closing time.

You can find almost any household organizational and decorative thing you need in this store. Pots, pans, plates, curtains, laundry, carpet, furniture, etc. It is all here!

Kinda like Ikea, but the drapes/curtains are def more expensive. Kitchen dishes were cheap. The mattresses and beds will be Japanese sized. Furniture is nicely made, but I thought all the bathroom items, rugs, misc, etc, were all overpriced.
