箱根ヴィッラビザン / Hakone villa bizan

ここのアナグマ料理を食べたら、もう一生、他の肉を食べたくなくなるくらい美味い。超絶美味い。こんなに美味いジビエは他では食べられない。中目黒に超絶美味いジビエの店があるが、超えた。ランチのレギュラーメニューにイノシシがあるらしい。これは絶対に来ないといけない。場合によっては明日再訪する。

お部屋は申し分なく、スタッフの方のおもてなしも最高です。特に食事が最高すぎました。近くに食事の場所がないとの事で急遽ハーフコースをご準備頂きました。お肉も美味しくこんな値段で大丈夫なのかというぐらいで、東京だった倍の価格出しても良いぐらいだと思います。
朝食もご準備頂き、優雅な朝食を頂きました。
スタッフの皆さんの笑顔で最高の休日を過ごしました。

こっちに1番好きな“Villa“です！！
3回箱根に来て2回もこっちに泊まりました
泊まってないあの日台風の影響で泊まれなかった、外から見たら、あまりオシャレじゃないホテルと思ってますが、デザインがいいVillaでした、ログハウスみたいな感じ。

１回目来た時だいたい三、四年前の話
その時のレストランはアメリカ風でした「ハンバーガ」、３回目の時ハンバーグがなくなって、代わりに高級感があるスペシャルコース料理、美味しいは美味しいですが、満足できない、でも次回また箱根行くなら、同じホテルに泊まります。

這應該是我在箱根湖邊覺得第一名的旅館
裡面的氣氛跟裝潢非常棒，雖然從外觀上看不出來，但我非常喜歡這種小木屋氛圍的感覺，來了箱根三次，住在這邊就兩次了，第一次兩天只有一天住這但從此愛上，基本上後面兩次都是為了這個旅館而來，有一次運氣不好遇上颱風過後旅館沒辦法營業，第二次就三天都住在這裡了。

關於飲食方面
以下有漢堡照片要注意的是那是我第一次去住的時候拍的，大約三四年前，第三次去的時候已經沒有提供了，我非常喜歡這種美式餐廳的餐點，其實後來幾次也有部分是為了他們家的漢堡而來，然而從那之後他們就再也沒有提供過漢堡，反而是帶有高級感的鹿肉套餐等等，好吃歸好吃但沒辦法滿足口腹之慾，雖是這麼說但再來箱根的話還是會住在這邊。

Very friendly staff. They have free coffee and wood crafts in the room. Would love to go there again!

夜はベランダに出て芦ノ湖を眺めました。清々しかったです。
ワーケーションなんかにも向いていそうです。

A gem! This place is so homey I love it’s rustic theme. Has parking, near attractions, great view being right in front of the lake, everything inside is aesthetically pleasing. The owner’s restaurant is in the ground floor so it’s very convenient! Food is great you will be surprised. The owner and staff were all very friendly and their customer service is A+. Gonna be my fave place when in hakone. Very budget friendly!

遊び心のあるお部屋に、五感を楽しませてくれるビストロ。私達は一瞬でこのVillaの虜になりました。ビストロでは、伊豆箱根の食材や本格的なジビエのグリルなどが味わえます。何を食べても美味しい。箱根に遊びにくる際には、ぜひ利用して欲しい。ここには真のおもてなしがあります。

宿泊で利用しました。とっても、素敵なところです。お部屋は居心地がいいし、料理もとってもおいしかったです。私の住まいからは、日帰りの距離なのですが、天気がよくてもったいなくてかえりたくないなぁーと、翌日も休みだったので、当日、現地　芦ノ湖で探し当てた場所でした。
帰らないでよかったと、本気で思えました。お店の方々には感謝でしかありません。

Lovely interior, but the food menu is the typical Japanese-style-European fare; focus on the presentation and delicate dainty little portions, but no real depth. Plus Japanese curry?

すごく美味しかったです。
雰囲気もよくて、木目調の温かい感じや店内からも湖が見えますし、テラス席もありました。
ダチョウのお肉をいただきましたが、歯応えがあり、焼き加減もいい感じ。肉っ！って感じでした！
鹿の肉もいただきましたが、想像以上に柔らかく、臭みも全くなし。
箱根に行ったら是非！

両親に勧められて、元々は1階にあるレストラン目当てで着ました。宿泊施設もあると知らなかったのですが、芦ノ湖が望めて、wifi•冷暖房•バス・トイレ•ダイニングキッチン•ユウセンまで完備で、連泊でテレワークしたいと思えるぐらい快適な内装でした。
1階のレストランは元都内の有名レストランで働いていたシェフがいらっしゃって、伊豆鹿やダチョウなどのジビエ料理がとても美味しかったです。個人的にワインは少し物足りませんでしたが、本来臭いのキツいジビエ料理を上手に調理されていた事やスタッフのサービスの良さなど、とても快適な宿泊と食事を満喫できると思います。

従業員さんの接客にはじまり、お部屋の内装や設備もすばらしく、ぜひリピートしたいホテルです。
箱根湯本から急行バスで２０分ほどと少し時間はかかるものの、バスや海賊船、ロープウェイを利用すれば箱根の有名はスポットはほとんど回れるうえ、目の前は芦ノ湖なので景色も綺麗。オススメです！

Cute hotel. Everything about it is stunning. Great views and the burgers are delicious. We enjoyed our night stay and wanted to stay longer. Even on an extremely rainy day we enjoyed the comforts of our room and explored the lake in between showers.

My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights in this hotel. When planning the trip to Hakone, we were looking for a hotel near the lake Ashi as it is close to most of the attractions around Hakone. To have a comfortable and enjoyable stay we were not looking for the cheapiest hotel in this beautiful area.  <br/>But let's start with the feedback. I was told that I should start with the positive things of the Hotel: <br/>- Great view on the Lake Ashi, just 10 meters from the lakeside<br/>- Well furnitured incl.state of the art electronical devices (e.g. Apple TV and music surround speakers) and big rooms<br/>- Beds and pillows are comfortable<br/>Let's move on with the negative things: <br/>- breakfast is nothing special and very limited. If possible, don't book it and go to the local bakery. There is only one plate served (and every morning the same). Bread is from the supermarket and really not tasty. It is a low quality international breakfast. Would prefer to have Japanese local breakfast. <br/>- dinner is also international, with burger and pasta. We just ate there becuase we were told that all restaurants in this area close at 5pm. The food was ok, but french fries were cold. Mentioned it to the waitress, but she didn't react. That brings me to the next point. <br/>- unexperienced and not proactive staff (seems to be newstarters in this business). When being in this price segment, staff must behave different. They didn't really take the feedback and wanted to improve the situation. Staff should also know the attractions in the neighborhood better. We were already in much less expensive hotels, where the service was much better. Disappointing. Next point should also strenghtening this point. <br/>- we had a disgusting guest in our bathroom, a cockroach.this is definitively a no-go and the staff should do everything possible to excuse and improve the situation. But nothing happened, even more disappointing.  <br/>- There was a renovation at the complete building ongoing.workers were on our balcony. Again no reaction from the staff. <br/>- and finally the price, the hotel is much too expensive. If the hotel wants to be in this price segment, it must deliver higher standards. Otherwise this project will not lead to a success story. <br/>We will not come back and cannot recommend this hotel.

Pros:
- view of lake
- near bus stop
- room size good, beds comfy. Some staff tried to find a solution to the lack of curtains and brought cardboard and tape which did help

Cons:
- cleanliness not great, some cobwebs, bathroom had a bad smell
- little flexibility on meals times, last order for dinner at 7.30pm, were told that we had to have breakfast at 8.30am, when pushed, agreed to 9am. No choice of breakfast options
- some staff not friendly or helpful, no effort at all
- too much light in the room to sleep

We didn't stay at the hotel, only came to the restaurant for dinner. Very nice and cosy atmosphere. The food was delicious and the staff was lovely and very helpful (we missed the last bus and they booked a taxi for us).
