ビジネス旅館 かねこ

2020/08/09利用。部屋は綺麗で、とても親切で気を遣って下さったので気持ちよく利用できました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。
2021/02/06再訪。やはり、オーナーさんが優しいので変に気を使う必要がないのが良いと思います。前回は1階の部屋でしたが、今回は2階の和室でした。寝心地も良かったです。

Goto地域クーポンは行っても貰えません。
しらけて帰りました。
予約時はgotoクーポンが受け取れますと連絡きます。
オーナーは届いてないからと愚痴りますが、それ以前に動くべきではないでしょうか。
2人でひたすらオーナーから愚痴を聞きましたがこんな旅は勘弁してほしかったです。

館主の方がとても優しく、丁寧に対応していただきました。また小田原で泊まるならここに泊まりたいなと思える場所でした。

Wi-Fiかなり強くサクサク、歯ブラシ、浴衣、バスタオル、タオル、洗顔、ケトル、ドライヤー、シャンプー、コンディショナー、エアコン、冷蔵庫等何でも揃っている。
宿の管理人さんの人柄が良い。
共同風呂、共同トイレで部屋にシャワー、トイレはない。
セブンイレブンまで徒歩1分かからないくらい。アクセスは良いビジネス旅館という名の民宿である。

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and generally it’s average like you’d expect. The main issue for us was the little details that are usually standard with a hotel experience.

The room was clean, facilities were pretty good and the grandma running the place was kind.

The bad points were that there wasn’t consistent service. I don’t really know how to put it but for example when we returned back on our first day (~5pm) our room was half-cleaned like no pillow cases or drink glasses to use. Also, our door was open with the key inside the door handle while our luggage was inside. This is Japan so not really any worries but the grandma was just downstairs chatting with a friend so this shouldn’t have happened.

She changed the pillows every day so sometimes you get western pillows / buckwheat pillows by chance. She told us she locks the door by 9-10pm depending on her mood so best be home before she decides to go to sleep. She called us on the phone in our room at 9pm to take one of our futons with no explanation. During our stay we killed two cockroaches in the hallway.

And on the last day we asked her if it was possible to leave our bags at the hotel while we went out for the morning/lunch. She was kind and said of course. But when we returned around 1: 30pm she was gone and no way to contact her personal phone so left voicemails on the hotel phone. We were walking back to the train station after waiting for 2.5 hours and luckily she called and brought our bag to the station. But I would’ve just rather put our bag in a locker if she had plans or something. Instead we were 2.5 hours late returning home.

Basically, running this hotel seems more like her hobby than her job which is fine but I can’t recommend this place to anyone. I think there’s probably better hotels nearby.

隣にお城とコンビニ、美味しいパンケーキ屋さんなど立地の良い路地にひっそりと佇む品の良い静かなお宿。
玄関の凛とした優しげな雰囲気にほっこりします。
女将さんがとても上品な方で深夜ののチェックインにも嫌な顔せずお迎え頂き本当にありがたいお宿でした。
お部屋もお風呂もはとても綺麗でアメニティも充実。
寒い日でしたが暖かな毛布もありぐっすり眠れました。
また泊まりたいです。

品の良いオーナーで安心して宿泊できました。個人宅の二階部分なのでかなり家的な雰囲気です。コンビニも建物のほぼ裏手にあるし、必要十分のものが揃っているので不自由は全く感じませんでした。
箱根で湯に入ってきたので使っていませんがお風呂は共同で30分交代と書いてありました。
小田原駅からタクシーで750円でした。
機会があればまた伺いたいです。
