I would give Human Auto 10 stars, if I could. We bought a 10 year old Wagon R from them 4 years ago. Great price, great car. The buying experience was painless. They are human and they treat you like a human.
I’ve had two issues with the car in 4 years. A check engine light, that they fixed in 15min and it was covered by a recall. And today the saved me from disaster. Totally my fault, I over-tightened the lug nuts and when switching back to summer tires, two wheel studs stripped. I limped the car to Human Auto. 3 mechanics jumped right in and spent 3 hours of hard labor getting the seized lugs off the stripped studs. Awesome! They did the whole thing for a great price and with utter kindness.
This car dealer makes me so happy. I’m a customer for life now. Thank you, Human Auto!
