予約して訪問。目の前で揚げてくれる天ぷらは格別でした。

5+. Five of us had a pleasant and unhurried tempura lunch on a Saturday. Outstanding! 5 minute walk from nearby bus stop.

AMBIANCE: 4.5.11 seat seating at U-shape counter, with chef preparing and serving from inside the U. We five sat at a corner of the U and were able to easily converse among ourselves (and with the chef). Interior was quietly tasteful and welcoming.

SERVICE: 5.0. Family-run business consisting of husband, wife, and son. When we had lunch the son was doing the chef duties, the father was working in the back kitchen area, and the wife was serving non-tempura portions of our order. Very pleasant.

FOOD: 5.0. Each tempura food was prepared and then immediately served to us. Delightfully light flavor, prepared perfectly. After savoring about 7 tempura served one after another, we received rice topped by sauce, fish, and a soft-boiled egg along with wonderful miso soup (containing small clams) and pickled vegetables. For dessert we all chose the excellent matcha ice cream; the other choice was strawberry sorbet.

Top tempura in peaceful setting. Every piece individually prepared from chef to plate. Tempura not easy to photograph but the prawn and eel bones, themselves incredibly tasty give an indication of the preparation and quality

Very cozy ambiance, tempura from fresh kuruma ebi and veggies purchased everyday from the market.

+。私たち5人は、土曜日に楽しくゆっくりとした天ぷらランチを食べました。並外れた！近くのバス停から徒歩5分。

雰囲気: 4.5。コの字型カウンター11席、Uの中からシェフが調理・提供します。私たち5人はUの隅に座って、お互い（そしてシェフとも）気軽に会話することができました。インテリアは静かで上品で居心地の良いものでした。

サービス: 5.0。夫、妻、息子の家族経営。私たちが昼食をとっているとき、息子はシェフの仕事をしており、父親は奥のキッチンエリアで働いており、妻は私たちの注文の天ぷら以外の部分を提供していました。非常に楽しいです。

食事: 5.0。それぞれの天ぷら料理が準備され、すぐに提供されました。完璧に調理された、心地よく軽い味わい。次々と出される7品ほどの天ぷらを味わった後は、タレ、魚、半熟卵がのったご飯と、素晴らしい味噌汁（アサリ入り）とお漬物が届きました。デザートには、私たち全員が素晴らしい抹茶アイスクリームを選びました。もう一つの選択肢はイチゴのシャーベットでした。

かな空間で最高の天ぷらを。シェフからお皿まで一品一品丁寧に調理いたします。天ぷらは写真に撮るのが難しいですが、エビやウナギの骨自体が非常に美味しく、調理と品質の高さを示しています。
