部屋には、テレビもなく、仕切りもほぼないので、好みがわかれますが
私は、のんびりと何もしない時間を過ごせて良かったです

目の前は竹林で、川の流れが聞こえてきます

お料理も美味しかったです

My husband and I travelled to Tokyo from the UK for our honeymoon, while we were planning we decided to escape to the mountains for the night. This was the ideal place!

Everything was absolutely stunning and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The greeting we received from staff was attentive and sincere, the food was outstanding- oh my goodness the Japanese breakfast! The room was sparce, but perfectly stocked, and the private onsen was a wonderful way to unwind.

First time staying in a Ryokan. This was a wonderful experience. Felt VIP and high class.

Stayed for 3 days, and each room has a private onsen. If you want, there is is also a pubic onsen. The etiquette for onsen is to take a shower or bath before dipping into the onsen.

We wore the Yukata inside the hotel facility. The yukata is a Japanese bath robe, felt very comfortable. Growing up in USA, felt weird initially, but you just immerse yourself in the culture. The private onsen feels secluded, like you are the only one there.

With our stay it included breakfast. We paid extra for dinner, and had to reserve before we arrived. I highly recommend doing the Japanese dinner. All hand made, and grown locally. The menu changes daily.

The staff spoke English, and very attentive to detail.

Felt more like I was in a spa then in a hotel. Great way to experience the onsen, and just unwind from hustle and bustle.

前に仙石原の方に泊まりましたが、こちらもウェルカムドリンクでお迎えしていただきました。
またスパークリングワインとチーズケーキを頂きました。
係の方も親切な方が多かったです。
食事もいいタイミングで運んでくださり、美味しくいただくことができました。
ただ外の露天風呂のお湯が熱くて…ぬるいよりいいのですが…ここだけ改善希望です。
金乃竹はホスピタリティあるいいお宿だと思います。

今年の8月に結婚記念日で行かせていただきました。
お部屋に入ってから帰るまで、ずっとお祝いしてくださって、おかげで幸せな1日を過ごすことができました。（お部屋を飾って頂いていたり、プレートや写真までたくさん撮っていただきました。。朝食ではお箸まで、、）担当の女性のスタッフの方が本当によくしてくださって、絶対に、また来年行こうね！といつも話しています。旅館に入る前の橋から旅館の敷地だそうで、そこからワクワクしていましたが、入ったらもう素敵すぎて感動でした。お風呂も最高でベッドも心地よくてぐっすり眠ることができました。お料理もとても美味しかったです。

Great service, great food, and best of all a great onsen experience. This was a top notch hotel in a very secluded area that felt like a fairy tale. I stayed on the first floor with a private onsen and the view from outside was superb. From arriving at the location to leaving, the staff was always very helpful. 10/10 would come again.

This was our first time in Hakone and we ate our first kaiseki ryouri in Kinnotake Tonosawa. The private onsen room was beautiful, cleverly furnished, therapeutic, and clean. It’s like a spa in the mountains. The open-air onsen had a nice view of wild green bamboo and mountains. The staff had good English and top notch hospitality. I would highly recommend this for anniversaries or holidays.

Onsen etiquette:
It is recommended to shower before soaking in the onsen. You can wear the yukata, geta, and geta socks that they provide in the room before heading to the restaurant for your kaiseki ryouri (multi-course Japanese dinner). Breakfast is included in the meal price. And it’s huge. Come hungry.

Transportation:
I would recommend getting here by car. Most guests did so. Or you can take a bus and cross the bridge from Deyama 出山station. This takes about 2 mins. The staff can also help you call a taxi.

ご飯がおいしかったです。
それと、客層もよくゆったり静かな時間を過ごせました。
団体客とはしきりが設けてあったのも嬉しかったです。
客室露天風呂も綺麗でお部屋は小さいながらとても過ごしやすかったです。
特別な時間でした

スタッフの方のおもてなしが良いと評判の宿でしたが評判通りでした。
いわゆるホテル的なスタイルで干渉されることもなく、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。スタッフさんはほとんど若い方ばかりですがおそらくしっかり研修を受けてるのだろうと思いました。
部屋は仕切りのないワンルーム的な造りでした。部屋付きの露天風呂はかなり広く、おそらく2名で入ってもゆったり入れると思います。
泉質はアルカリ性単純泉だったと思いますが、温泉の匂いもしっかりして大変気持ちよかったです（硫黄系ではないです）。
ただちょっと温度が高いと思いました。
（外が寒かったので良かったですが）
部屋のテラスにお風呂がありますが体を冷ます用のソファーもあって広かったです。
ベットもシモンズでぐっすり眠れました!
若干照明が暗いのとソファーに背もたれがないのが残念でしたが、防音もしっかりしていて静かに過ごせました。
食事は懐石料理ですがそれぞれ美味しかったです。
朝食は評判通り素晴らしかったです。
鯵の開きは絶品でした!
パブリックスペースのフリードリンクもアルコールなどもあり、部屋にも持ち込めます。ここもかなりポイントが高いと思いました!
宿のスタッフさんが教えてくれた通り、次は新緑のシーズンに伺いたいと思います!

This was a great stay. The hotel was relaxing with very attentive staff, generous food servings, and many amenities.

I enjoyed a massage, time in the onsen, and many hours of relaxation.

Logistically, very easy to access with Shinkansen to Odawara and several bus options from Odawara to Deyama stop. Same goes for returning to the station; don’t need a car unless you plan to do local exploring and don’t want the longer bus rides.

Only con was the dinner could’ve benefitted from more seasoning or salt (maybe just my taste)

丁寧な接客は本当に気持ち良かったです。今はビジネスホテルでもラウンジでのフリードリンクがあったり、サービスが良いので4つ星ホテルのお値段の割にとくに驚くようなサービスはなかったです。よくあるお宿です。お料理も美味しかったですが、ダイニングがよくありがちなビジネスホテルや観光ホテル風でもうちょっと置物や植物や椅子テーブルなど素敵なインテリアが見たかったです。和モダンホテルといったところでしょうか。快適に過ごせたことに感謝しております。ありがとうございました。
