ーフバルコニーにプライベート温泉付きのスイートがありました。部屋は綺麗でした。低層階には大浴場が2つ、小貸切風呂が3つあり、無料でご利用いただけます。大きなタトゥーが入っているので使えないか心配でしたが、プライベートのものは問題ありませんでした:)

土日素泊まりで利用しました。食事は懐石が苦手でなし。駐車場は少し狭かったのですが、部屋のクォリティが最高でした。山の雰囲気も最高！接客も丁寧でした。貸切風呂も予約しなくても余裕で使えてうれしかったです。山の中であって虫はちょこちょこありましたが、部屋は綺麗でした。チェックアウト時間も余裕があって楽にできました。2階の大浴場は狭かったし、サウナも時間限りの利用可能スペース (朝利用できない) だったのでいいとは言えません。リピートありだと思います。また今度行きます。

かな箱根での美しい滞在。間違いなく私たちの日本旅行のハイライトです。サービスは素晴らしく、伝統的なディナーと朝食は美味しかったです。私たちのスイートのプライベート温泉が気に入りました。

口コミのコメントみて不安がありましたが、行ってみたら快適で素敵な宿でした。
小涌谷について電話したらすぐにきてくれました。
チェックインはフロントそばのアンティークの机と椅子で実施。他の宿だとこのスタイルの場合お茶やらスイーツが出てきたりするので、一段上を目指すならそういうサービスがあってもいいかもとは思います。
鍵はオートロックのトラディショナルなものですが全然問題なし。
小上がりと部屋風呂のある部屋でしたがとても素晴らしいです。
最初小上がりどうかなと思いましたが、夕食後にお酒飲むのには広くて便利でした。
テレビ見ながらおつまみとアルコールを堪能。
お風呂は源泉かけ流しなので熱いですが、窓を開けっ放しにするといいとアドバイスを頂いていたのでそのとおりにしたら４３度くらいにはなりました。
ちょっと硫黄の匂いがする温泉で温まって気持ちいい。
シャワーブース臭うとの書き込みありましたが私は感じませんでした。
貸切風呂も運良く全部入浴できました。こちらは昼間は景色、夜は星が綺麗に見えました。
開いてる部分が多いからか部屋風呂よりもぬるかったです。
そんなに特徴的ではないので無理をして全部の風呂にというほどではないです。
貸切風呂階にあるコーヒーサーバーは本当にありがたいです。抹茶オレがあったので２回も飲みました (笑)
電子レンジもあるので2連泊のお昼にいいかもしれません。
食事はみなさんが書いてる通り野菜をメインにした美味しいものでした。
あやめカブという紫の野菜とサボテンは本当に初めて食べました。
後で気が付きましたがワインのペアリングできるのでそれをやればよかったです。
朝ごはんもセミブッフェでとても充実していました。温泉たまごもありました。
もう一つおすすめはフロントで売っているアイスクリームです。風呂上がりに食べると最高です。
総じていいホテルです。
アートと音楽は冠さなくてもいいかもしれません。
レストランでヒーリングの音楽流れてましたけど。

チェックインの時間よりも早く着いてしまい、ホテルの駐車場で待っているとスタッフさんが迎えに来てくださいました。
とてもスムーズにチェックインができて快適な滞在ができました！

部屋にある温泉はとても寛ぐことができます。
窓からの景色は緑が多く癒やされます。
食事は新鮮な野菜を多く使用していてとても美味しいです。

部家から見る景色は、行かなければ分からないと思います。中に入るとゆっくり時間が流れる感じですが、あっという間に時間が過ぎてしまうので、早くチェックインして、時間ぎりぎりでチェックアウトがお勧めです。

If I could give this place 6 stars I would for the following reasons:

1. Ryokan Hotel is set on the mountains with only limited rooms and each room you get access to the peace of the mountain along with the sound of flowing and calming waters.

2. Kaiseki or traditional jape seems multi course food is served each day and they extremely good and taste even better.

3. They have sauna rooms you can book exclusively. And these are huge with open windows to the mountains. The sauna or spa or hot spring rooms are open at night as well. Some guest rooms have their private ones.

4. Your room will be styled like a traditional ryokan but you have a bed for those not used to sleeping on hard floor and mats.

5. The staff members are all eager to help because they have limited number of guests due to limited number of rooms so attention is given.

All in all great relaxing stay. Will be back. The only minor issue is sometimes taking the bus is tough as often the bus is full on the stop outside the hotel and with luggages they may refuse to take you and so you have to wait for another bus. The hotel was nice enough to send us to the train station because a bus we waited was full.

スペシャルスイートに宿泊しました。
何も言うことないくらい最高の滞在でした。
衛生面もホスピタリティも文句なし。
お出迎えのピアノも大変良かったです。
何より、野菜中心の創作料理の数々でお腹も心も満たされました。
また来ます。

ウチは車で出かけました｡建物は恐らくですが､80年代の保養所をベースにしている為､エレベーターが古臭く感じましたが､対応と部屋､食事はまあまあ良かったです｡ただ…部屋の浴槽 (温泉) 温度が低かったのがやや残念でした｡また機会がありましたら､行ってみたいです｡

Spacious rooms and very nice private baths available for no extra charge (all patrons are allowed to use the private baths on a first come first served basis). The food was tasty and had unusual flavours focusing on seasonal vegetables (which were fresh and of high quality).

Wonderful boutique accommodation! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely warm and accommodating. We absolutely loved the private hot spring. Combine all this with the view, it couldn’t be any more relaxing.

Very very friendly staff who take cares of you thoroughly even before you reach the place.

Emails was replied very promptly one month before we were there. The staff also make sure you get every transport you need for your convenience.

The food they provided was great! We had a authentic Japanese breakfast and dinner that was unforgettable. Glad to make this place our first stop when we touched down tokyo, japan.

イイですね。
箱根でリピートしたいと初めて思いました。
5階にフロントがあり部屋はそこから下の階に降りて行きます。
宿泊したのが4階で食事が3階、貸切のお風呂が1階に３つあります。
ですが、いつでも入れるお部屋に付いていた源泉掛け流しの半露天風呂がとても良かったです。
食事も工夫されててとても良いです。

Very nice hotel next to Okawidani Station. The suite with private onsen are exciting. The all hotel staff are very nice and helpful.

The Korean girl at the reception is great giving information about the area and speaks an excellent English, the best I heard while in Japan.

Ich liebe dieses Hotel. Es war zwar etwas teurer aber es hat sich gelohn wir hatten immer ein leckeres japanisches Frühstück und Abendbrot (5 Gänge) das Shabu Shabu war echt Klasse.die Privat Onsen waren für mich die Erholung ich liebe diese Badekultur. Das Personal war freundlich und es gab sogar einen Shuttle zum Bahnhof.

Wonderful experience, great private onsen and staff had sufficiently good English for international travellers. Staff are super friendly, the meals served were great, especially the strawberries after the meal!

WONDERFUL HOTEL WITH PRIVATE ONSEN IN ROOM. DINNER AND BREAKFAST WERE VERY NICE. STAFFS WERE VERY HELPFUL! HELP ME TO POST THE POSTCARDS AND DROVE US TO CLOSEST STATION.

Wow, what a place. Where to start? The room was perfect, we had our own private onsen which was great after a day exploring the area. The staff we very attentive and friendly, several speaking perfect English, contrary to what we'd been told. Dinner and breakfast were of a high standard and well presented. 10/10 Would go again.

We stayed in a suite room for two nights, with a private onsen, and it was delightful! The service was impeccable, and we particularly enjoyed the four meals (two dinners, two breakfasts) in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant uses fresh, seasonal organic vegetables in most their dishes.
