ここでハーレー買いました。付けたいパーツの相談しましたが少し待って下さいと言われ待つ事1時間弱。解答ないので帰宅。バックステップが付くか付かないかの解答にこの対応。結果夜にメールで通知。酷いね。

It's not your state Bike place, we stop by to get T-Shirts with some kind of Japan logo on it to represent HARLEY in Japan, but we could not find any until we got to the clearance section and that was thing picking and over price if you ask me

I simply love Harley Davidson motorcycles. Although both the bikes and clothing and accessories are expensive, I still like them all.

Beautiful bikes and really cool t-shirts. Both are expensive here but I am biased in my love for Harley Davidson

I was looking forward to going to HD in Yokohama to get gear as I, my brother in law, sister and nephew collect shirts from all over the world. Upon walking in, the store has a lot of clothing but there's barely any Yokohama branded gear. Additionally, there's no women's or kids clothing at all, nevermind any that is Yokohama branded. For women, they had 3 horrible t-shirts to choose from. What a disappointment. I made a special trip to this part of Yokohama to collect clothing and ended up purchasing one shirt for my brother in law that was $60 CAD. Not impressed compared to other HD stores I've been in.

Only new models on display at the shop. I guess used HD you’ll see in the shop on the opposite site on the 2 nd floor.

パシフィコ横浜地下駐車場に駐輪したが鍵を落とした事に18時頃気が付き一番近いこちらに電話しました。
予備キーが家にも無いので店まで引き上げてイグニッションスイッチからアッセンブリー交換してほしいと頼みましたが、古いバイクは対応出来ないとけんもほろろに冷たい対応。

ディーラーの癖にショベルくらいいじれないの？

Visiting from the US only here for a few days took a train to Chinatown walked all the way to get some gear here at 1725 closes at 1900 but they were closed no sign

Great staff. If you speak English they have someone on staff to help. Not sure about other languages.
