Called the office in regards to a car/bike accident. Had a question regarding what to do or how they can help. They were very unhelpful, and made us feel cheap for asking. Told us their fee would be a lot more than our case, so it's pointless to use them. They could have asked us to come in for a consultation (paid would have been fine) but instead made us feel petty for even asking.
