月廼屋旅館

ここでの滞在がとても気に入りました！私たちはプライベート温泉へのアクセスを備えた、より伝統的なスタイルの滞在を望んでいたのですが、これが私たちが望んでいたすべてでした。オーナーはとても親切で、私たちをとても助けたいと思っていました。私たちの滞在中に台風が来ましたが、嵐の中でも私たちはとても安全だと感じました。オーナーは嵐を心配して時々私たちの運転を申し出てくれました（私たちはハリケーンのあるテキサス出身なので、全体的にはそれほど悪いことではないようでしたが、彼らは私たちの安全を非常に心配していました）。部屋は広く、小さな箱根神社の美しい景色を眺めることができました。私たちは初日の半分を窓を開けた部屋でリラックスして過ごしました。貸切温泉も最高です！とても大きくて、一番大きなものなら5人くらいのグループでも楽にすっぽり収まるかもしれません。警告しますが、モダンなホテルでの滞在を探しているなら、ここはあなたのための場所ではありません。家族が所有する古い建物で、西洋風のマリオットではありません。しかし、これまでで最も素晴らしい温泉と親切なホストによる、ユニークで魅力的な体験をしたいのであれば、ここはあなたに最適な場所です。訪問を許可していただきありがとうございます、できればいつか天気が晴れたときにまた来られることを願っています。これは本当に私のお気に入りの日本滞在でした。

Experienced the private onsen which was lovely. Very shallow, wading depth. But large enough to move around. Good for the price!

女将さんの人柄が良くてまた行きたくなりました。
全体的に経年を感じさせてはいましたが
清掃は行き届いており、良い気持ちで過ごせました。
部屋の便座にヒーターが無いのと
温泉のシャワーヘッドは交換してほしいなぁとは思いますが
自分的には箱根周辺の低価格帯の宿では
また行きたい旅館トップクラスです。
この旅館に限った話しではありませんが、
特に女性などは水質的に髪が痛む可能性があるので
トリートメント等は持参した方が良いです。
素泊まりですが、周りには美味しいお店が何件もあるので問題ないかと思います。
ただ、多くの飲食店が午後は17時以降の開店なので
到着時間が悪いとお昼ご飯が・・・・
ということも。
また、小さなお店が多いので繁忙期などは予約入れるなり開店時刻前に行くくらいじゃないと厳しいかもしれません。

日帰りで貸切風呂に寄りました。
叔母さんがかなり親切にしてくださり、お土産も貰えて思い出になりました
1人1000円でリーズナブルなのに、すごく良かったです！
また来たい！

The owner lady was kind and lovely. We got a bath all to ourselves for JPY1,000 each for 50 minutes. It was natural hotspring with just the right temperature. The Japanese inn gave off an archaic feeling the moment we arrived with quite a few antique Japanese decorations at the reception (it was built in 1911). We took the Hakone Tozan train from Gora to Miyashita, the nearest station to the place.

リーズナブルなのに雰囲気もあって良かった。予約前は素泊まりなので食べるお店が周りにあるか不安だったが、チェックインの際に宿の方から説明してもらえた。お土産が箱根の思い出になりました。

The host is really really rude to the customers from the very first time when we meet him!
CANNOT EVEN BELIEVE IT!
I have been to several hot spring hotel in Japan before but haven't seen any hotel LIKT THIS!

There is no shower room available in our room so we can only use public shower room. We waited for half hour and we Haven't use it for 40minutes then the host shouted to us saying we have used it for 2 hrs! The host and the hostess shouted loudly to my poor friend and pulled us! We haven't even finished the bath but when we check in he promised the bath room is 24hr available! After we paid the rules all suddenly appear (yes of course they insist that they write rules in JAPANESE and showed it when check in). They were so IMPOLITE to customers! They called us "big problem" and keep shouting until I warned I will call the police.

In addition, you will found there is not warm water in your own room and the shower room is forbidden. You ll also see pillow and sheet worn and dirty even with BLOOD! I really doubt if they wash and disinfect them! The tea pot haven't been cleaned before we check in and the tea leaves used by last customer were still inside! I cannot believe why there are so many identical good comments on booking website and I truly believe these are all fake comments.

I have been Japan for 3 times and This is the worst hotel I have ever seen! I will tell my experience to every Hong Kong classmates and friends and tell them never come. Here attached the photos for your reference.
