マーミーキッチン

強羅駅近くで食事ができるところを探して
こちらに辿り着きました。
外でメニューを見ていると
中から店員の方がすぐに出てこられて
じっくりメニューを見られません。
中に進み数種類のメニューから
種類違いのカレーを一つずつ頼みました。
・・マーミーキッチンオリジナル？のカレーは
混ぜてから食べるドライカレーの様で
特に美味しくも不味くもなく。価格は¥1300
相方が食べていた辛くないカレーは
もしかしたらレトルト？（違かったらごめんなさい）トッピングされているのは説明は
なかったけどその日、その日で違うらしく
写真とは違う野菜が2個ほどのっかっていて
あまり口に合わなかったそうです。価格は¥1200
レジ横に強羅カレーとなるレトルトカレーが
売られておりもしかしたらそれなのかも・・
観光客向けの観光地価格のお店です。

庶民的なレストランで
初めて行く方には何処？と思う場所にあるかもしれません。
でもこじんまりとしていて
メニューもそんなに多くなく
洋食とお蕎麦がありました。
ビーフシチューを頼みましたが
お肉ゴロゴロで柔らかくて美味しかったです。
生姜焼き定食もお肉が柔らかくて美味しかったと連れの感想。
お値段は少し高いかな。。。

Really nothing exciting there. I tried the shrimp tempura and it was so not crispy. Thr service was very pleasant though.

It was OK. Nothing out of this world but tasty. A bit pricy but it was one of the few open past 2pm.

夏休みの平日に強羅へ。しかし水曜日はお休みが多く、銀かつも、餃子センターさえも臨時休・・・強羅早雲とこちらだけは開いていました。強羅は飲食店が少ないので、助かります。

マーミーカレー (スリランカカレー）と湯葉そぼろ丼に挑戦。カレーは、たしかにスリランカ的な何か・・・？行ったこともないのでよく判りませんが、まぁそういうお味です。湯葉そぼろ丼は妻いわく良かったとの事。

場所は駅徒歩２～３分ですかね。ニンジャカフェと同じ場所にあります。

子連れは問題なし。椅子や食器もあります。

If you're looking for a down-to-earth, homey restaurant, come to Mami Kitchen. Food was filling and everything was priced reasonably.
I got their tempura soba and it was good, I would have preferred the tempura on the side as the crunch was lost in the broth but it was good nonetheless.
They're located very close to Gora station so you can definitely just walk here from the station.
I'm not too sure if they have parking nearby, we opted to park across the train tracks a bit further back in a paid parking lot but when we walked up to Mami Kitchen, we noticed there was a parking lot right next to it. However, no idea if the parking was intended for patrons of this restaurant or for some other business nearby.

やや高めの値段設定ですが、私が訪問してしばらく後に入って来た外国人16人の団体客 (しかも非英語圏) を断らなかったことをはじめ、サービスは悪くない印象です。料理の味も良かったです。ただ、夏真っ盛りの時期に、天ぷらそばのそばが温かいのしか選べないというのは残念です。

One of the few places that actually gave me options for a vegetarian meal. They had Yuba dishes and good Tempura. The best part was the behavior and attitude of the staff. Such polite women taking order and ensuring that I enjoyed the meal. Such a delight

Cozy little place right by Gora Station. Staff is friendly and an english menu is available. The curry was excellent.

Struggling to find vegetarian food and went here. Very tasty food (maybe the miso soup
Had fish stock?). Recommend. We went for lunch.

Definitely recommend the tempura, it's what I went here for and I was not disappointed!

Expensive, mediocre food. Tempura is soggy and soba soup tastes like hot water with a hint of soy sauce. Service is okay.

Great cozy place to stop for lunch! We ordered the tempura shrimp and the beef stew. Both were great!

Fine place for a quick casual lunch or dinner. Service was good and friendly. Nothing spectacular but good easy meal.
