24 Hotel staff were incredibly helpful and the hotel itself was very clean. The onsen was very enjoyable and you can rent a private bath for 45 minutes for Y1000.
It's located on a shallow river and across from the train/bus station (you can't hear it) making transportation very easy as well as a number of souvenir shops and restaurants
ランチブッフェ、美味しいけれど、雰囲気微妙。ライブキッチンでローストビーフ1枚にマッシュポテトを添えて提供されていたので、ポテト食べられないのでポテト無しでお願いしたら、面倒くさそうでした。
湯三昧 (ランチバイキング＋温泉) で利用。一人で。先に食べてから温泉。天ぷらサクサクで美味しかったです。全てがホテルの味。満足です。温泉は露天が二つ。一人だったので、十分な時間居られました。
またリピします。
Great location in Hakone Yumoto. Step off train and cross the bridge to hotel.
Hotel lobby had a lovely market feel selling various local products.
No time to use onsen. ¥1000 for private use

Relaxed atmosphere. You can walk around in yukata and slippers even to breakfast.
Got a free upgrade to a lovely suite as they only had smoking rooms available, which they deoderised before we arrived.last minute booking
Only complaint, beds were very hard.
