Samukawa North community center is in Kurami, about 15 to 20 minutes walk from Kurami Station. It holds festival once a year where local people display different handmade products.
On 2nd floor, there is library, a small room to hold classes, traditional Japanese room with tatami mats, a kitchen and library.
On 1st floor, there is lounge for people to meet and have a chat. There are many rooms and a small hall. Separate toilets for both men and women are there in both floors.
