素晴らしいオーナーとガールフレンドがこの小さなブティックホステルを経営しています。はい、小さいですが、とても便利で、スタッフは最高です。 4 泊の滞在がとても気に入りました。強くお勧めします！

滞在中のあらゆる瞬間が大好きでした。このホステルは夫婦で経営しており、この場所に多くの工夫を凝らしています。
場所は横浜中華街の中心部、静かな脇道にあります。
無料の紅茶とコーヒーを24時間年中無休で提供しており、フロント営業時間中は無料のキャンディーも提供しています。

すべて毎日清掃され、シャワーにはボディソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナーが備え付けられています。

衣類の洗濯や乾燥も可能です！洗剤は無料です。

オーナーはいつも親切で、見どころや食事の場所に関するヒントやアイデアを持っています。
雰囲気はリラックスしていて、共用エリアではすぐに話し相手を見つけることができます。
各ベッドにロッカーが付いています。

寝台は広々としており、ハンガー2つ、​​鏡、充電器用プラグ、小さなランプ、持ち物を保管できる小さなエリアがあります。大きなハイキングバックパックをその下に簡単に入れることができました。

離れるのは悲しかったですが、必ず戻ってきます！

まず最初に、私は最初からこのホステルを選ばなかったと言わなければなりません。ホステル全体は、ベッド 20 台が置かれた廊下、一方の端にある小さなソファ/共用スペース、もう一方の端にある 2 つのシャワー/バスルームで構成されています。ゲストは皆静かだったので幸運でしたが、プライバシーはあまりありません。
しかし、他のものはすべて予約されているか、はるかに高価であり、それにもかかわらず、私は素晴らしい滞在ができました。スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーでした。初日、お勧めの食べ物を尋ねると、オーナーが近くのレストランまで一緒に歩いて行き、注文を手伝ってくれました。階下の素敵なコーヒーショップで無料のコーヒーもいただきました。私の滞在中、すべてが清潔で整頓されていました。ロケーションはとても良く、チャイナタウンに直接あります。ベッドは、より良いカーテン/カプセルのようなベッドときしみの少ないベッドフレームで改善できると思います。

Their pancake was the best so far! If you check in in their in you can get a discount when you order at the cafe. The ambiance was cozy by the way. And they play trendy songs! ️️️ And oh this is located at the center of Chinatown Yokohama

NEGATIVE FIVE (-5) if there is such an option. This is a joke of an accomodation. Biggest con in Chinatown. Zero Cleanliness

It doesn't really reflect the price of the accomodation to the service that I expected to receive. Lower your prices or up your hospitality game. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN To Chilulu It's not a Hostel. It's a cafe with a sleeping area but their reception is only until 8pm? !? !? ! NOT WORTH IT!

フレンチトースト、カリカリふわふわで美味しかったです。
その他のメニューも、こだわって作られているので、少し時間がかかるようです。
開店してすぐ注文（4番目くらい）すると、ブランチにちょうどよかったです。

I went to the cafe, I didn’t stay at the hostel.
I came to this cafe for breakfast and a chill place to read.

The atmosphere is great, there’s a terrace where pets are allowed, and lots of books and magazines.
The quality of the tea and food was very good and I could tell much care was put into the presentation.

I recommend this place for a reasonably priced, easy, classic coffee shop where you can get work done, read a book, or meet friends.

なぜ4星もついてるのか分からぬ。

Wifi はない。There is no wifi in this "hostel". ドミトリーが一部屋しかなく、男女みんなそこで寝てるが、何とか洗面所が部屋の中にある (ドアで遮られてない) 、だから歯磨きしたり洗顔すると他人の睡眠を遮る。しかも何と共有空間も部屋の中にある。本を読んだりするだけならいいが、稀にそこでお喋りしてる人がいると全員に聞こえる。私語厳禁って言う風にしたら逆に今度は旅人同士の交流がなくなる。

予約なしに行くと情報弱者と思われてウェブよりも500円多くぼったくられる。いずれにしろWifi なかったらもうHostel の意義を持たない。クレジットカードも使えない。

そして待っている間マジマジ眺めていたら二階はホテルなんだとか️
それは知らなかったー。

素泊まりだけどかなり安いみたい。
観光客には真っ先にお昼中華街で過ごせますね。

アメリカの郷土料理と言うサンドウィッチはビックサイズ。
食べきれず一個持ち帰りましたが
お肉たっぷりで大満足。

プリンの硬さも緩すぎず、ビターな感じでカフェラテと合わせて頂きました

外の騒めきが伝わらないここだけゆとり空間。

テラス席は春以降にパンケーキで挑戦してみようかしら？

横浜に引越して、ワンちゃんと一緒に入れる店探しが日課に。中華街メインストリートから一本入ったところにCHILLULUさんを見つけました。ワンちゃんOK店、特にカフェは、味イマイチのところが多く、なかなか本物のコーヒーが飲めるところはないですが、こちらオーナーさんが25年選手らしく、丁寧に焙煎してブレンドしていらっしゃいます。ブレンドでさえ、かなり美味いです。一口めで驚きました。人それぞれ好みがあると思いますが、酸味うすめ、苦味ほどほど、それでいて、コーヒーらしいコクと香り、中華料理食べたあとは勿論、普段からフラッと入ってチルできるお店。ちなみに、ワンちゃん連れはテラス席になります。

カフェ利用。ティラミスラテホットをいただきました。とっても美味しかった。でもちょっと価格高すぎ。
奥の席で若い女性達が大声で話しているのが気になりました。感染が急激に拡大してる時だからアルコール手指消毒だけでなく、注意くらいしてもらいたいものです。
2階がホステルになっています。近隣のビジネスホテル並みかそれ以上の料金で驚きます。
丁寧な仕事をしているけど笑顔がないとか、ものの割には高過ぎるとか、お洒落だけどウォシュレットじゃないとか、なんかしっくりこないお店でした。

中華街にある雰囲気のいい、行きつけカフェ。

トーストサンドがお気に入りです！サンドイッチ系も、どれもとっても美味しい

ただ出てくるのに時間がかかるので、ゆっくりと過ごしたい時向けのカフェになります。

テラスは犬ok

安く、中華街の中にあると言って良い立地。元町商店街もほど近く、まいばすけっとも近くにある。が、ちょっと写真で受けた印象ほど、すっきりした感じではなかったかなあ。
と言っても、また利用させてもらうことはあると思います！

失敗でした。
カフェラテとタピオカ頼んで、30分以上来ず。
私より先に入ってたお客さんも不安そうにキッチンのほう見てたり、大分待たされてるようでした。
カフェの規模と経営/サービスの質が釣り合ってないのでは。

カフェラテの味は普通。これで660円は待ち時間も考え、高いと思います。

中華街の中にありながら、チャイナな雰囲気は皆無。どうせならチャイナ感味わえるところに次は行こうと思います。

お会計は先に済ませstyle。

横浜中華街にあるけど、夜は外の賑やかさとは打って変わって落ち着いた雰囲気の店内。

スタッフの接客も丁寧。

パンケーキは専用の銅板でじっくり焼きとのことで、焼き上がりはとてもつやつや。
味は特筆することもない。普通。

充電器を使えるコンセントや、カフェ特集の雑誌もたくさん置いてあるので、ゆっくりしたい時に最適。

評価は最低の1。長文だが最低評価をつける以上、理由はちゃんと書きたい。
カフェ利用。休日の朝9時ごろに入店。
店内は空いていて私の前にいた客は数組。パンケーキとコーヒーを注文してコーヒーが出てきたのは30分後、パンケーキが出てきたのは45分後。混んでいるから、一つ一つ丁寧に用意しているからではない。私の隣にいた家族連れは先に来ていたのに、私たちの来店から1時間たってようやくパンケーキとコーヒーが出てきていた。注文したものはほとんど同じ (でも全く同じではないので、取り違えではない) なので、単に忘れていたか、もしくは致命的なオペレーションエラー。私たちのパンケーキが出てきた後に親子連れのお父さんが文句を言いに行ったのだと思いますのが、戻ってきて「もう少しだが、キャンセルしてもいいと言われた」と小声で言っているのが聞こえました。マニュアル的に他の対応ができなかったのかもしれないが、その人たちに商品が運ばれてきたときも、ごゆっくり、としかコメントがない。他人事ながら嫌な気持ちになった。
決して安くはない値段で、コーヒーもパンケーキも大しておいしくない。気持ちの問題もあったかもしれないが数百円の加算でちょっとだけ追加されたつけ合わせのフルーツも冷凍。10分で食べて急いで店を出た。私たちの先客で先に食べ始めていた人たちも食べ始めて10分ぐらいで急いで出て行っていた。みんな休日の予定が狂ってしまったのだろう。ここは観光地のカフェなのだ。
あまりに酷い。これで混んでいたらどうなるというのか。
おそらく接客していた子たちはバイトだが、彼女らよりも、オーナー様に責任がある問題と思った。

中島と朝活を始めるのに丁度いいカフェ。
銅板で一枚一枚焼いてくれるホットケーキは甘すぎず美味しい。コーヒーはこだわりがあるようで、色々な種類がある。よく分からないから店員さんに質問したけど、優しく教えてくれた。

接客の対応が残念です。
定員1人でした、コロナ対策はほぼできないとおもいます。お客が入れ替わるときのアルコール拭きなどはできていません。
椅子にシロップが沢山付着してました。

You need to understand, that this is a cafe with sleeping spaces upstairs, but not the hostel, with a cafe along.
1. You won't be able to sleep well there at all if you don't have a face mask and earplugs.
2. You won't feel safe, as they don't prohibit drinking inside.
3. You won't feel your health is safe as they don't clean the hostel for probably, weeks.
Now all the details.
Firstly, you can hear the sound of music from the cafe from 8: 00 until 21: 00 or 22: 00. On my first night receptionist had his friend coming over, so they were talking and laughing after 23: 00, and I could hear that along with the music they played.
You will be able to hear even the sound of water in the tap below when baristas fill the water for cafe needs.
Lounge, toilet, shower area, kitchen, and beds - it's all the same one room. As long as there are no messages from the hostel management about "please keep quiet after 22: 00" everybody was behaving like they are alone and only in there, stepping on the floor like elephants, drying the hair, or drinking and talking after midnight.
Yes, there are also no signs about "alcohol is prohibited inside the hostel". So two guys on Friday night were drinking a full pack of beer (=6cans) and having a very "interesting" conversations about samurai. You can consider that it is not safe for ladies when the hostel allows customers to drink alcohol inside.
Another problem with sleeping is that management doesn't turn the central room light off during the night. And curtains on each bed are not wide enough to block this light.
The pillow size is approx 40x40. Yes, square shape.
The blanket is so hard, you barely can wrap it around the body - the blanket behaves like a piece of cardboard.
Then we go for the cleanliness subject. I dunno how often they clean: once a month? Maybe. Because on the floor was so much dust and small trash, that I can't see in my room even after 1 week no vacuum cleaning. Don't look behind the bed - there is much more trash (probably, one month produce). The trash boxes were already full on Thursday night, and nobody took the bags away the next day. So for two nights, we had out trash falling out from the trash can. In the shower is plenty of somebody's hair. I first ignored this, because every hostel has it. But the next day every hostel clean it, what I can't say about this place - all the hair was on their place the next day and the day after the next. The same happens with a piece of a plastic package of the shower amenities - somebody left it on the shower stall shelve, and it was there Thu, Fri, Sat, and even Sun when I checked-out. Wait, there is one more word to say - there is a mold, everywhere. I think it's not so difficult or expensive to spray some bleach once a week to keep it clean. But they obviously don't care about it.
Also, they provided wrong information on their socials (now they updated after I pointed it to the manager). On all booking websites, it says that reception is accepting customers until 21: 00. In between 21: 00 - 22: 00 you still can check-in, but they will charge you an extra fee, but how much - nothing explained. I checked the official hostel website, but there was no information either - the website told me to check their Facebook page to make sure how much is the fee. Then I checked their Facebook and found, that 21: 00 - 22: 00 check-in is +500¥. My arrival time was 20: 58, so I talked to the hostel via Booking.com to make sure they can wait for me. And I got a reply, that actually they check-in only until 20: 00 due to the COVID situation (however this info wasn't updated by the hostel on booking services) and that the price for late arrival is 1000¥. It feels like you have to check absolutely everything with this hostel by calling them, rather than believe their social media or information they provided through the booking websites.
As for me - never ever anymore in this place. To stay in this hostel you should be really careless person, who doesn't think sanitary is important for travel safety and who can sleep in the nightclub with the strobe light on.

カフェを利用。ブレンドとカフェラテを頂きました。苦味が強めながら、コクもあり美味しかったです。今度はフード食べたいかな。
行った時は空いていて落ち着いてお茶が出来ましたが、コロナじゃなければ、もっと混んでるんだろうなという予想。ご馳走様でした。
