年の10月に髪を整えたのですが、髪にいくつかの問題がありました。インスタグラムで連絡したところ、対応していただき髪を整えていただきました。その後もお客様のことを大切にしてくれているのが嬉しいですね。従業員の一人は、私の髪に問題がある理由を説明し、私の髪のパサつきを改善する方法についても教えてくれました。 CLASPSさん、本当にありがとうございます

Went here because the appointment I planned said they didn’t get us in for their salon. Super helpful staff that got us in despite not making an appointment beforehand. (Although it’s good to make one beforehand if requesting specific services). The staff who helped me were friendly, despite a slight language barrier as I speak mostly English, but I did have my Japanese mom who booked the services for me. But knowing basic + conversational Japanese really goes a long way. I requested for hair color and hair cut. Showing pictures helps a lot if you don’t speak too much. They were professional, clean and careful with the dye, my skin, and coloring. Took three hours because of my hair which was hard to fix. They even styled my hair afterwards and provided digital magazines. The results came out very pretty and matched my style:)

I went to claps last year for a hair cut and color. When I booked the appointment, I asked if their stylists were familiar, or had experience, with cutting curly hair. The receptionist said yes, and I asked several times to make sure. I also asked the stylist before he cut my hair, he also said yes. But there may have been a language barrier. He gave me a dry cut and layered my entire top layer with a razor blade, neither of which have ever been done to my hair. Then washed it and colored it. Then he told me my hair was damaged, which I could believe because it had been a while since I’d done anything with it. In reality, he cut my hair the way straight hair is cut and it will take years for it to grow back. This was confirmed by a Japanese stylist on base when I had my hair done two weeks ago. Be careful going to this place if you have curly/wavy hair. I’m sure they do straight hair well, but they could have told me if they were not comfortable cutting my hair type. Or they lied to me. Either way, years of damage to my hair and will not be going back.

受付から会計後のお見送りまで、皆さん親切に対応して下さいました。
子どもにも慣れた対応で、優しく話しかけて頂き、娘は照れながらも後で話を聞くと『とっても格好良くて優しかった！』と喜んでいました。
カットももちろん上手で、仕上がりに大満足でした。

市販のものでセルフカラーをしてしまって、根本が明るくなってしまい全体的にムラが気になっていたのですが、今回ヘアカラーしていただく際にもカウンセリングを親身にしてくださり、髪の痛みが気になることを伝えたらトリートメントなどもこだわってしてくださり、とても丁寧で満足しました。
また次回もお願いしたいです。
