CoCo壱番屋 JR桜木町駅前店

ふくよかな女性店員の態度が悪すぎてびっくりした。

注文聞いてきて急かしたような感じだったのにちょっと言いかけたら少々お待ちください。

んで待ってたらいつまで経っても何も言われず
いいですか？って聞いたら
早く言えよという態度。

笑顔もなければ愛想もなく
前回1度来店した時は感じ良い店員さんだったと思うんですけど.

もう行かないと思います

店名に桜木町駅前という言葉があるものの、桜木町駅から信号あるいは地下道を利用して行く必要があるということ、桜木町駅に隣接するビルに飲食店が多数あることから、あまり積極的に利用する店ではないかもしれません。
店内は狭く、席数も多くありません。僅かにテーブル席がありますが、多くがカウンター席です。入口すぐのところに段差があるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方は利用しづらいと感じるでしょう。
夜間に利用したからか、利用客・スタッフ共に印象はよくありませんでした。良く言えば淡々と注文を受け付けたり料理を給仕したりしてくれますが、声が小さく、また各動作で手間取りも見られました。

Although the name of the restaurant says that it is located in front of Sakuragi-cho Station, it may not be a restaurant that I recommend to you, because you need to get there from Sakuragi-cho Station by using the traffic lights or the underpass, moreover there are many restaurants in the building adjacent to Sakuragi-cho Station.
The restaurant is small and there are not many seats. There are a few tables, but most of the seats are at the counter. There is a step right at the entrance, so people with disabilities such as wheelchairs may find it difficult to use.
Perhaps it was because we visited at night, but the impression of both customers and staff was not good. At best, the staff took orders and served dishes in an unobtrusive manner, but their voices were muffled and they took a lot of time with each action.

Terrible service. Didn't bother eating here. Asked one question about the menu and was immediately put off by the server.

Always surprised to see restaurants that simply don't want any business. Lots of better options around this area.

カウンターと調理場は透明なシート1枚を挟んでいるだけなのに大柄な男性が大声で従業員を叱っており不快でした。

せめてバックルームなど客に見えないところでやってほしいです。

味は美味しかったです

Easy to find a chain nearby. 3-4 vegetarian options available. Really economical and safe healthy meal.

小太りの人は店長なのか？？出前館の注文が入ると音が鳴るシステムみたいだけど、鳴った瞬間に「うっせーなー (怒) 」
忙しくてイライラするのわかるけど、
客が食べてる目の前でやっちゃダメでしょ
オーダー前なら確実に帰ってたレベル
終始イラつきながら食器とかガチャンガチャンやって不快すぎ
CoCo壱のカレーは美味しいけどここの店舗は二度と行かない。
唯一、中国人女性の優しい接客に救われた！

太った店員の接客が本当に酷かったです、、
オーダーするために呼んだ店員 (キッチン担当?) は自分の役割じゃないからか、目があったのにも関わらずシカトされました。
今月から、こちらでの仕事が増えたので大好きなCoCo壱に長い間お世話になろうとしていましたが、非常に残念です。

Man working at 13: 22 on March 13, slammed menu down on my table like they didn't want us there. We left right away. Family of 5 people.

Standard jap curry fair expected of coco franchise. It gets fairly full with local office workers after 5/6pm

Food's still amazing but not Gaijin friendly, got harassed by an old man and the staff laughed along.
