Very helpful staff. We came right before closing due to traffic and they stayed open for us to help send our documents.

輸入品の納品がネット追跡サービスでは２日後でしたが、急ぎ受取る必要があり、電話すると親切に対応頂きました。結果的にはその日に受領できました。
お急ぎの方は電話確認してみるといいと思います。

スタッフの方がとても丁寧に対応をしてくれ、こちらの疑問にも的確に答えてくれました。施設のゲートから建物内への入り口までは歩道もあり、来客用の駐車場もあるので使いやすい。公式サイトではアクセスMapがなく少し心配だったが、他の口コミの方の案内と画像がありがたかったです。

門を入ったら、西ゲートエリアに進んで、インターホンを押して、「FedExで荷物を送りたい」と伝えると自動ドアを解錠してくれます。

ビルに入ってすぐエレベーターがあるので、4Fで降りて左側に進むとFedEx受付です。受付担当者の方は親身になって対応してくれて非常に助かりました。

FedExはコロナの影響で一部サービスが使えなかったりサービスが停止したりしていてかなり複雑になっていますので、電話であれこれ聞いて考えるより、荷物を持ち込んで担当の方にお任せした方が結果的に早かったですね

Really friendly service.

It's available in 4th floor.only thing is you cannot see any signs in the ground floor.

So don't be confused after reaching out there.

Enter to the premises, left side you have a a parking, you can park your vehicle in ground floor & go by lift.

Or

You can directly drive your vehicle to 4th floor & you can park your vehicle in the designated area.

There is a small door available near by delivery area (below the FedEx logo)
You can enter to reach the office.
Or you can ask the people over there, they can help you to go there.

Service is really good.
However, the address mentioned is badly confusing. It really takes time to find it out.
1. Once you enter from an entrance of the big parking building, go from left side of an approach road and don't enter the building.
2. Once you reach the left side of a building, you can see a building entrance door. (Above that, a huge FedEx sign board is there, but its not easily visible thru road. Anyways.)
3. After reaching to the building entrance gate, call the security, through video camera phone. He will ask for the office you want to visit (FedEx) ; then he will ask your name and then will open the entrance gate.
4. After entering, take an elevator and go to the 4th floor.

入口だけ、わかりづらいかも。
生麦駅から歩きだと、創価学会を横通って道路下を歩き（雨の日は少しありがたい）。　
途中、左建物の壁に「大きくFedEx（と、NTTロジ）のマーク」が見えるので、その真下が入口です。（建物としてはGLP Yokohamaとなってます。）
着いたら自動ドアが開かないので、インターフォンのボタン押して防災センターに「FedExで送る・受け取る」事を伝えたら開けてもらえます。そして4Fへ

徒歩で訪れるのは辛いです。また、事務所に入るには生麦駅側のエントランスからインターホンでFedExに用があると伝えてください。張り紙に逆側のエントランスに起こしくださいと書かれていますが行ってはだめです。
