数料が高すぎ、エージェントはオフィスから購入し、物理的な検査はありません。車に問題があったとき、担当者は解決策を提供するのは自分たちの手にはないと言います。納車時期の返答は2ヶ月程度かかります。塗装に大きな問題があり、部品が損傷している2台の車で立ち往生しています。この会社からの返答はありません。この会社からは絶対に購入しないでください。経営者は気にしません。他にも安い価格設定と最高のサービスを提供し、即日返信してくれる業者はたくさんあります。

I was very regret of placing my Order and sending my money to them through their Sales person Umer Shafiq. I have placed my order with them with payment as they required from June this year (2021) and now as in December (2021) I still haven't received my Order from them. They keep lie to me about the booking confirmation of my order every time I request to them about the update of my order. They keep blaming the shipping company from Japan to Kiribati that there is not enough space on the ship but here in Kiribati every month all ordered cars from SBT Japan and ICar Japan regularly arrived every shipment. Because of shipping condition as they told me, I have request to them about my refund so that I can buy my car here in Kiribati with SBT and ICar Japan Dealers and they HAVE NOT reply to my email about my request.
BE WARE OF THEM and I am strongly advice you NOT TO PLACE ANY ORDER FROM THEM otherwise you will regret as I am right now.

One of the worst people to ever deal with, an agent named Nabeel Ali was after us to buy one of their cars Nissan Note, with good grade and fooled us saying in great condition. Apparently the car has engine complaint with metal parts coming off through oil. We have notified Icm through Nabeel Ali, provided mechanic findings, taken videos of the vibration and loud noise of the engine etc.he said Icm will refund and the compensation team will get back (saying since last one month). Till date no progress, neither we can reach out to anyone. Please do not deal with these company or the agent ever.

I'm Ssali Yusuf from Kampala Uganda got my dream car from ICM Japan through Priya, they are genuine, fast and reliable though it was covid 19 period but they did their best to deliver my car in time

Pathetic company, poor customer service. The manager for Africa is the worst you can deal with 0/10.

. My fellow Bahamians do not order any vehicles thru icm japan. This company is a dishonest company. I paid for two vehicles and never received the vehicles.now they won't answer my calls or my emails. Don't trust this company usama wahid was the salesman robbed me.

My name is Patrice Hunter I am a very irate customer. I bought a skyline from this company in September. 2020 and I haven't got the chace to drive it as yet today's date 9-Nov- 2020. Why my car came all the way to the Bahamas with transmission problems. I don't think this is right, after I spend $4,270.00 now I have to pay for a transmission costing me $1,600.00. Really this is Rediculas. I've contacted this Company over and over. Still not a satisfied customer. My agent was Jashwant. Now asigned a new agent I know it's not their fault, but this don't make me no less irate. I hope the right person sees this and help fix my problem. I will send the Bahamas Government and asked them to investigate them so wouldn't be able to send no more Bad cars out of Japan. I will get a lawyer to push this to the end

They simply phone spam company, that bombard you and your business with daily phone calls under pretence of selling you cars. Extremely rude staff, that do not listen to you. Avoid providing your details at all costs. As you can see from other reviews the cars are of horrible quality. Steer Clear!

I receive calls from ICM sales Reps on a everyday basis, these people are very pushy and they just keep on calling and wasting your time

Very disappointing services. False claims and when i received car it was in worst possible condition.when i registered complain they threat for consequences i have all proofs if any when wants to verify. Please be careful while doing business with them and check car in person. And ICM instead of getting reviews from your employees check real customers.

I have purchased 122 cars from icm japan, that’s right 122!
I got delayed paying them a deposit for 20 cars due to personal reasons and they hammered me with a fine of 4000 usd.
Even after buying 122 cars from them they still did that with me even after explaining the situation to them. Will never spend a penny with them again

They show me nice pics and send me junk.there is no way to get proper compensation.stay away from icm japan.warn you.especially if you are doing business of buying and selling these cars.major loss

THIS COMPANY RINGS MY SHOP EVERY TWO DAYS Trying to sell! I have asked Multiple Many many times to withdraw My number from their system, to speak with the manager or anything I can do - Every two Days No Change - very aggressive Marketing from an India Call Centre - Please stop calling us -!

Very poor on the paperwork side. Also make you pay more than the invoice amounts before they will release the paperwork you need to import the vehicle into your country.

It's an awesome company. They provide proficient services with perfect results accurately. I was really impressed by the way they deal with their clients. ️

I had really bad experience with ICM Japan. Due to their pathetic customer services and miscommitment I had to bear loss of more than thousand dollars. They are fraud, can give you broken car. They dont bother how much loss Customer has to bear, their all concern is to grab money from customers and make them fool.
I will suggest you all never trade with ICM Japan.your money is hard earned, do not waste it on these looters

Be carefull with this company they are big thieves dont loose your money the way i did with them.their sales person even told me that many people have lost so much money with the company. They tend to bring yard fees after they get your deposit for you to forfeit the money

Fraud, sent a damaged car different from what was shown.and even after a long discussion did not refund a penny! Don't buy.waste of money!

Dear every one this company staffs are like doing Mafiya bussiness dont buy cars from them.they will talk to you nicely untill they sell the car after you made the deposit only you will know how they are and you have to pay extra charges like yard fee for nothing no where in japan car dealers charging yard fee these guys are realy cheating
