I contacted a couple of other local internet services, and I didn't hear back from the first for two weeks and the other I still haven't heard from. ICT set up an appointment that fit my schedule and installed it without any trouble within days of visiting their office. I would knock off a star for their somewhat deceptive advertised internet speeds, but literally every other internet provider does the same thing. No complaints, and the service staff were very polite.

Bad service. Wifi too slow. They say it’s cheapest price in Yokosuka but I’d rather pay extra and get fast wifi. Japanese lady got attitude. Not good customer service. They didn’t know I understand Japanese. She was cussing a lot in Japanese in the back. I wouldn’t recommend.

Worst Internet in my entire life. I live in the 3rd leading country in Internet and using this company makes dial up seem like it was great! Internet constantly goes down and resets itself. Was getting 30 Mbs of download speed on Ethernet. Currently getting 60 now that i called and complained for a week before they sent out a technician just to tell me it was my fault and I was over heating the modem and router because they were too close to each other. Um okay sure. Please. If you are looking for internet around Yokosuka. Please do not go with ICT Station! Ps. They are a third party company for the actual providers. Makes it worse!

Great service! Took my PC in for repairs and had it fixed in just a few days. The shop I took it to before didn't do their job at all. 5 stars, will return again if I have any further PC problems.

I had the same problem with my isp being very slow during specific time frame.they said its the same for all users of ipv4 due to line congestion.
I also think it is the reason because i have friends with different provider but experiencing the same issue as i do.
ICT changed my connection to ipv6.and I never had the same problem again. I recommend changing to ipv6.

Absolutely do not use this ISP. They throttle bandwidth and your service will severely degrade during peak hours (7pm - 1am local). Unsure how long they can keep this up before they get caught. Network latency goes from an average of 193ms to over 900ms sometimes peaking up to 8000ms. Technicians are clueless, and had to be walked through how to run a simple network statistics analysis. The only test they can conduct without supervision is a ping to their main servers. The service desk at the main store are also equally clueless and unhelpful in general if you have any problems. If I could rate this less than one star I would.

Furthermore, you do not get anywhere near the advertised download speeds. If you do nothing else you can maybe peak at around 23Mbps but it will affect your ability to do anything else on your line.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. Military stay away from ICT. They reps don't know what they are talking about on the phonea when you have a problem. They offer to set up a tech to visit the will cost you Everytime and they never find anything wrong.all they do is run a test to see if you are getting a signal. They claim you can get up to 1gb and I don't ever see over in the 200Mbps. And afternoon's until the day time you will hardly get 10Mbps. Completely garbage service. Go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble. After 2100 it's hard to even stream Netflix without it pausing to try and download more.

Navy people of Yokosuka! If you are active duty on a ship, DO NOT use their service, they cannot interrupt service if yoy go on deployment, and if you cancel service they will charge you installation and all the initial fees all over again, DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use their service if yoy are stationed on board a ship.

It takes around 10 days to set up service. They take credit card or GI BILL PAY. Speeds are fine, prices are alright as well. Very convenient to base.

Worse service. Technically they do not provide Internet they are a middle man for an actual internet company and only take your money and provide minimal support if any at all.

Absolutely terrible service if your service gets interrupted. They take random days off during the week and aren't available weekends so if your service gets disconnected on the weekend you are screwed. Seek every other option before turning to this one.
