I have been doing business in Japan for the past 30 years and have dealt with different companies but have to say dealing with Jimex has been one of the best.especially my dealings with ALI GHOULIDI he has been great He is always on hand, great customer service and he makes sure you get a good car which is very important

We bought a Celica from This company and from the start the communication was terrible Aryl our sales agent would just reply whenever. The car was a grade 3.5 I could see on the auction sheet damage to both rear 1/4 panels, I asked about the damage to which I got a reply some light dents and scratch to front bumper. When the car arrived it was a mess and still is. Both rear 1/4 panels badly damaged, damage to the passenger door, poor paint on the front fender. It requires both side of the car repairing at a cost between £800-£1200 and that's before I've inspected the underneath and mechanicals of the car.

The response I got was $400 off our next purchase which we will not be doing.

The car wasn't really expensive it's the fact we had been lied to and the damage kept from us. We did request additional pictures and told that it wasn't possible. We buy cars from Japan on a regular basis and WILL NOT use these again.

It's a shame I can't upload pictures to show what arrived compared to what we bought.

WARNING Jimex (JIMEX Co, Ltd. (JIMEX. CO. JP) are a terrible company to deal with. They sold me a car with a clean inspection sheet - Grade 3.5. The car that was delivered had terminal chassis rust and could not be repaired. After months of chasing them to rectify the issue they stated it was not their problem. I am absolutely shocked at the lack of responsibility and ethics of this company and its sales people. I have now lost USD$22,000. Shame on you!

Was very interested in using this company but after hearing that a 3.5 graded car was beyond repair in rust damage leaving your client with a loss of 20k+ usd for an undrivable hunk of metal on wheels very disappointed

Dodgy, don't touch them with a 10 foot barge pole. Misrepresents actual condition of vehicles and says it's not their problem. A mate just lost over 30K NZD. Compliance inspection officer stated the vehicle had the worst chassis rust he had ever seen on an imported car. In the auction report stated the car was free of major chassis rust! The car is now written off as it's too expensive to repair.

Bought 17 cars from the auction through this comany to date January 2018. They are very poor with after sales service in my assessment. They seem very reluctant to help you obtaining car parts from Japan if the used car you purchased requires such.
