ケバブサンド辛口をテイクアウトしました。
笑顔でフレンドリーな接客、具沢山でボリューム満点。熱々で半分食べて、帰宅後に冷めていても美味しく頂きました。これで650円とはリーズナブル！

Didn’t expect to stumble upon a kebab place in Kamakura but I’m beyond glad that I did. Truly made my day. Plus best kebab I’ve had in Japan.

久々に鎌倉観光に行った時に前から気になってたケバブ屋さんについに行きました。ケバブなんてそんなにどこでも変わんないんじゃないかと思っていたのですが良い風にイメージ

変えてくれました。お値段安いのに盛りが多くてお肉も美味しい。ソースが美味しいから余計に満足でした。トルコアイスも美味しかった！近くに来たらまた必ず寄ります。おじさんの笑顔に会いたくなります。

He is truly a special human being.
Located on the way to the Kōtoku-in Daibutsu (the giant Buddha statue) in Kamakura, this tiny Halal certified Kebab & Turkish ice cream shop is loved by so many, and for good reasons:

1️⃣ The owner is the sweetest human being. He will greet you with a warm smile and tell you about history. He’s fluent in multiple languages, so many can be entertained.
The walls are full of thank you messages from customers who had their day brightened by this wholesome man.

2️⃣ This kebab is so big it needs to be served in a bowl, so you can start eating the meat off the top before you’re actually able to grab it and bite into it.
The chicken is juicy, flavourful, and tender but with a nice crispy crust.

The kebab sandwich with the garlic and spicy sauce WAS SO DELICIOUS! Also got the Turkish ice cream! Oh what a treat! It's some of the most unique ice cream you'll ever have! The owner is one of the most knowledgeable men you'll ever meet! He had a wonderful conversation with my wife and I about different cultures origins in both Japanese and English. Very impressive!

Outstanding experiences. The purveyor hails from Morocco and spoke the native language of every guest who entered while we dined in. The kabob was outstanding - the mix dressing is highly recommended. Seating inside is limited but you get a cool breeze. Lovely experience.

Me and my brother went to Kamakura after longtime.so we really don’t prefer Japanese foods so, We always try to find some Indian foods.so, after little bit search we come across with a Kebab shop with lot of reviews. So we went there, and thanks god he is a foreign guy and he can speaks English very well and also Japanese.so we saw his menu and he said the best selling thing is this”the picture”. Kebab in bowl. We ordered the chili sauce and its fantastic, very delicious.i think one of the best kebab i have eaten in my life.so if you go to visit Kamakura Buddha statue.don’t forget to try this place and the owner also very cool and very friendly.nice place

Never had a kebab in a bowl, and it was a pretty presentation with overload of delicious meat and sauce! Just like what everyone said, chef and owner is the sunshine of kamakura.the recipe is his mum’s and his special mix sauce of garlic with a lil punch of chilli are great.they are cheap and filling.definitely will visit even to just say hi.so much warmth in a store

Definitely worth every penny. Kebab sandwich/wrap was one of the best I’ve eaten in Japan. Specially the sauce, garlic sauce with chili was one of the best combinations.
The proportion was enough for one person. And taste was really good.
I hope to visit it if i come to kamakura again.

The food was very good, but what was more beautiful was the gentle man and his wife running the place with their hospitality, culture and lovely smiles. It was a very good experience for me. I definitly recommend it.

鎌倉に来たのですがお昼はどうしてもケバブが食べたくて…一番評判の良いこちらにしました！
ボリューミーでジューシーなケバブのお味、オーナー様の暖かさ等、大満足でした

普段は遠方からもお客様が来てくれるようです。
こんなご時世ですが、店内で食べている間に沢山の常連様 (ご近所の方々) がいらっしゃっていて、とても愛されているお店だという事がわかりました。
オーナー様のお人柄がとても良く、空腹だけではなく心も満たされました！
また訪れたいと思います

切りたてのケバブを提供してくれるのかと思いきや、いつ切り取ったか分からない時間経過したパッサパサの肉をラッピング。食べてみて案の定パッサパサ、うま味も何もない、辛めのタレで何とか胃のなかに流し込める。

Excellent food! Kebab sandwich was very tasty, and Hot dog bread with gyros was superb! Make sure you try the garlic sauce instead of the original, as well! Mohamed -the owner and cook- is very friendly and welcoming!

The owner was so friendly and open for everyone!

(Review in English & Japanese) 皆さんオーナーさんがフレンドリーで親切って書いてますけど、残念ながら私の時は違いました。
お店の表に貼ってあったメニューを見て普通サイズのサンドではなく小さめのホットドックのバンズにお肉を挟んだものを買おうとしたら、それはやってないと言われました。なので買うのをやめようとしたら普通サイズのほうを買うように勧められて（ここまではとてもフレンドリーで親切でした）それを断ったら急にキレてじゃあ隣でコロッケ買えと言い出しました。（なぜ？　同じ系列なの？）コロッケはいらないと言ってお店を出たところ、お店の中からコロッケを買うように威圧的な態度で怒鳴られて怖くてビックリ。最初のフレンドリーな態度と正反対でかなりショックでした。買わない人には手のひら返し。もう二度と行きません。
So I tried to buy the smaller sized kebab sandwich which was on the menu outside. When I ordered, the owner told me they no longer have that size, so I decided not to buy one. When I said no thank you, the owner tried to convince me to buy the regular size sandwich. I told him no thank you again and that’s when he changed his attitude 180 and began to talk to me very aggressively. I don’t know why but he told me to buy croquettes at the store next door. When I said no thank you, he yelled at me and my kids. I really was shocked how he changed his attitude once I decided not to buy anything from him. He was nice and friendly at first. Anyway, unlike everyone else, my experience was really bad. Not going back there ever again.

ケバブ丼とトルコアイスをいただいてきました。
お肉とキャベツがたっぷり！
鶏肉のお肉は外側の部分が香ばしくて美味しいし、ご飯との量のバランスも良くて、最後の一口まで美味しくいただきました。

トルコアイスはご飯の後でも食べやすいあっさり目のアイスでした。
マンゴーとバニラのカップにしたのですが、シェフがどっちの味を下にする？と聞いてくださったりと細やかなサービスが嬉しかったです。

私の後に来られた留学生さんのお客さんには、その方の母国語で話されたりして、そのお客さんもとても嬉しそうにされていて、ただ食べるだけでなくシェフの優しさに気持ちもほっこりする時間が過ごせました。

I seldom rate full five stars but this place really deserves it! Go for the kebab with garlic sauce ;)

Best kebab ever! I remember that the chef of this restaurant love Mexico. I met some guys from Indonesia too, they wanted to know if the hot kebab was spicy, because the chef said it was. I laughed a lot, the sauce was one that we use almost every day in Mexico. Nothing else, I took a photo with all. Loved that kebab.

やたら評判の高いケバブ屋さん。おじさんのキャラクターも良いし、ケバブも美味しいし、大仏至近のロケーションなのに鎌倉価格じゃないし。最高。席もありますが８人座るぐらいが限界です。壁一面に海外のお札があって、食べながら眺めて楽しめます。２ドル札もあった！とにかくオススメです。
