Stay away from this company. Don't loose your hard earned money. Danish is a liar of the worst kind he even swore on his two daughters but trust me he can lie to any extreme. These people are rogues and worst experience you will have. Don't fall victim of this cheat company. Also the positive reviews left for this company is made by them. So don't fall victim of these cheats.

How can you persons like these representing your brand @kobe motors? All my years as a dealer I'm Jamaica, I have never experience this service from a agent, Aaron is the worst and this is my first and for sure last transaction with this company.

I imported a vehicle through Kobe motors to Sri Lanka. Toyota C-HR. After 2000 kilometres, there was an electric noise buzzing from the engine. I took the vehicle to Kobe motors, they said that there’s an electric issue and needs to be replaced. I was really upset the fact that a brand new vehicle is having issue after just 2000 kilometres. Kobe motors said they do not cover electric issues under the warranty. So I had to bear the cost. The customer service was very rude and didn’t admit their fault. I spend so much money on a brand new vehicle and they want me to pay additional to import the parts and fix it. Kobe motors imports brand new refurbished vehicles from the manufacturers

PROBLEMS
1. The advertised year of manufacture is fake it is actually 2013
2. It is not a 2WD as advertised but 4WD which means this is a snow vehicle and it has lots of corrosion under and engine
3. I received the vehicle by towing it off the ship. It refused to start and apparently it was pulled onto the ship in Japan. The towing bolt was attached there. 3 weeks after receiving it i cannot get it to work since there is multiple problems including a faulty fuel pump and catalytic converter.
This vehicle was advertised with 189000 km and the mileage was reset to 26000 km
The interior had a rip on the floor and very very dirty with garbage.cigarette smoke smell is disgusting.
I DID NOT GET WHAT WAS ADVERTISED AND WAS DECEIVED.i emailed Kobe but got no reply.
DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE

UPDATE: I have spent thousands of dollars to try and get this vehicle to work and now i was told by my mechanic that the vehicle was flooded and there was damage done to the electrical components.i now have to change several sensors including the crankshaft sensor. BE CAUTIOUS OF FLOODED VEHICLES
