7Awful! Thieves! They do know nothing about hair, can not even cut! Total fraud. Do not even understand simple words! Asked for bronze, got an old lady gray hair, with random spots of old color! The cutting girl left 5 times for consultation! The new color is put so thin, that it looks extra 10 years old. I have ordered a premium *** star service, and got a total disaster for $300! CRIMINALS! 5 hour of torture for WHAT!?
接客が完璧。指名はしないですがどの担当者も気持ちよく過ごせます。カラー、カットで担当者が変わりますがお客さんのイメージにしっかり答えてくれます。毎回満足。
店内綺麗、飲料もエビアンを出してくれるのが嬉しいです。
前回担当してくれた方が声をかけてくれて、1人ひとりのお客様を大切にしているプロ意識を感じます。価格は少し高いですが値段にあった美容室だと思います。
ただ 忙しいお店なのでシャンプーや簡単なブローまでは手の空いてるスタッフの方が変わったりする。そこは落ち着かないので同じ担当者だともっと快適かも。

Expensive but great technique and service. I love the part that you don’t need to go back and forth for shampoos because the sink comes to your place. They have colorists and stylists separately to make sure they are best in their specialty so their works are always satisfying.
I would rate it 5 stars if it wasn’t as expensive but it is well recommended especially at times like this since they provide spacious atmosphere and seem to take precautions seriously.
