Excellent exchange rate from USD to JPY. I read in other reviews that the female clerk was rude but I found her to be kind and engaged in small talk willingly in Japanese with a smattering of English.

晴らしいサービス 問題はなく、対応も早かったです。数日後に電話して、交換に必要な金額を予約しました。身分証明書の提示を求められましたが、その理由は何でしょうか。女性は大声でしたが、まったく失礼ではありませんでした。あまり敏感にならないでください。

Please count your money twice. The folks are not going to give the money back to you, they will keep it and somehow they are telling me that they balanced.

This is a good place for if you need to pay rent in yen just go get what in need in american dollars at Navy Federal on base then bring here to change to yen good for people who live off base

Exchange rate is best in town and they also speak English which is very helpful if you are just a visitor!

I never liked this place, the guy was cool before but now he’s rude and i hate the lady also. Went there yesterday, the guy had put my money in the machine and I guess I miscounted my money coz the amount wasn’t the same as I thought so i told him can he count it again but he insisted me to count it by hand which was fine so I did. After counting, it was same amount that the machine says, I just wanted to be sure so.so he put my money in the machine again and the lady in the back was like “it’s the same” in Japanese and in a mocking way. Well i just wanted to be sure, it’s not like they’re busy or something. I mean does she really have to say that?

Always the place to go. Usually better rates than on base, so that should tell you something about BAnk of America.

I’ve exchanged ¥to$ at this company every year for a few years now. Out of nowhere they now “don’t accept coins. Bills only” because they “don’t have a coin machine” yet I’ve never used one in any of my transactions with them, and it’s always been coins only. I don’t plan on using this service any longer.

Really shady.
They won't exchange anything over $2k. They said they need reservation. The day before I called they said they don't take reservations. Then they said they need proof why I need the money. In writng and no copies. Original forms only. A waste of time. Dirty money.

The man don’t have any mannerism.
He just grab my money from my hand without saying anything.
