Main Street Food Court

Social distance was clear, but A/C was broken on 29th. If it's still so, suggest your order to go.

Popeye's Chicken is good. Subway does not have romaine lettuce or spinach so not worth the price, and they are stingy with the otber toppings. The new soup place is not bad, if you want soup. But there is gourmet ramen outside the gate. Popeye"s Chicken is good but expensive, it is open until 2100 or 9: 00 pm.

Good selection of food. Usually pretty quick service. Limited seating due to COVID restrictions, but haven't had an issue finding somewhere to sit.

Popeyes is terrible when it comes to service! You spend almost 30 minutes to an hour on the phone trying to order. I was told that they are usually not by their phone. Even inside, they take one order at a time and fill that order. There should be one person taking orders/ money and another person filling the order. This will also prevent swapping gloves a million times because you are trying to handle money and food at the same time.

Popeyes is good. Subway is good. A&W is good. The wannabe Panda Express is good. Not a fan of the type of coffee from Seattle’s Best and they need a taco stand

Decent selection of food that tends towards fast and fries. Some socially distanced seating if you're not there during lunch rush. Currently Popeye's, American Burgers, Subway (usually the longest line), Panda Express and a bakery.

Clean overall. Not a lot of choices. They STILL use a lot of plastic so if you want to be more conscious bring your own reusable utensils. You can wash them in the bathroom after.

It is a decent place to grab a bite to eat though the cleanliness and decor could use some help. The Manchu Wok's food was dried out and flavourless for the price you have to pay. I was disappointed by seeing that A&W offered the Beyond Burger after I had already purchased and ate my meal so better advertising of special item menus would be a added bonus. For such a large base I would have expected and larger variety of places to eat.

A&W experience:
Asked for a glass mug because its A&W. Cahier looked confused, went and got the manager, manager then whispered to the cashier and then I was told that they don't do Mugs, their signature service, the same service that is literally plastered all over the menu. Cashier clarified that my wives hamburger was not a cheeseburger. We confirmed that yes a hamburger is not a cheeseburger. Cook slapped some cheese on it anyway because screw the order ticket. Back to the Mug that was actually a generic paper cup. I had to ask the cashier to please fill it with A&W root beer because that was really the only reason I came to the restaurant. Anyway I don't expect much from fast food but this was sad. Oh and the french fries were like spaghetti.

セットで買うと巨大チキン1つと手羽やモモなど小振りなチキンとペアでセットになります。

それにサイドメニューからマッシュポテト、フライドポテト、コールスローから一つ選び、
ビスケットと呼ばれるケンタッキーにあるやつに似たものが一つはいります。

このビスケット、ケンタッキーよりもスコーンに近く、バターの香りがジュワーっとして美味しい。
セットのボックスの中はアメリカらしく、
こんなふうに適当に入っています。

全てが揃ったらさあ、、祭りが始まります。

フードコートのテーブルにこのボックスをドンと置き、
蓋を開けると、、
なんとこの旨そうな匂いは！

すかさず
巨大チキンを素手で掴み、ずっしりとした重さに心躍ることは間違いありません。

バリッバリの衣に思いきりむさぼるように食らいつきます
手や口をギトギトにして無心になり、鬱憤もストレスも忘れてただ、一心不乱に食すのです。
投げ込まれたような乱雑なポテトを鷲掴みにして頬張り、

そして毒毒しい香りと刺激のルートビア！毒毒しい日本ではあり得ない色彩のアメリカ版ファンタオレンジで一気に流し込む！！

米軍横須賀基地の海沿いのエリア (ジムや映画館のあるエリア) にあるフードコート。
subwayのサンドイッチから、A&Wのハンバーガー、アメリカン中華料理のManChuWok、フライドチキンのPopeyes、デザートの31アイスクリームやCinnabon、Seattle's Best Coffeeまで揃っていて楽しい。
日本にあるブランドも、恐らくアメリカから材料を持ってきていたりするはずなので、日本の味とは違うはず。
一般人は、関係者のエスコートでもない限りは横須賀基地の開放イベントでしか来られない場所だが、こういう時だからこそ、ファストフードのメッカ、アメリカの味を味わっておきたい。
なお、近年の開放イベント時は据え付け以外の椅子を撤去しているため、購入したものは立ち食いとなる。

Overall a decent experience. While I do wish there was more selection (Manchu wok? In Japan?) I usually just get Subway. But I hope one day they add more healthier options.

31サーティワンはフレーバーが31個ない。

サブウェイは国内店舗と変わりません。

Eh not great service and not great food. Wait times are usually rediculous as the market basket.

A little piece of America. Almost like going to any typical mall food court. Restaurants include: A&W, Cinnabon, Seattle's Best Coffee, Subway, Manchu Wok, and Popeyes Chicken. Very busy at lunchtime on weekdays due to highschool lunch hour.

ベース開放日に利用しました。POPEYES、Manchu WOK、CINNABON、SUBWAY、A&Wの5店舗があります。日本では見掛けないPOPEYESのフライドチキンを食べましたが、秘伝のスパイスを入れ忘れたKFCといった感じの味でした。ポテトはコンビニFFみたいな味。「ジャンクフード」の定義を見た気がします。

A buffet style joint right next door

On the Yokosuka base, walking distance to the Post Office, the Bowling Alley, the Library, McDonalds, the movie theater, Commissary and the NEX. Theres a bus stop that stops near it too.

Pretty convenient and I appreciate that.

Pretty much all fast food except Subway here. It's not too similar to the states and items are not in stock often due to being overseas. Very busy during lunch hours with the high schoolers next door. Has free WiFi. Clean bathroom. Lots of seating but like I said gets packed during lunch hours and the subway line is super long during that time too. Sometimes the tables aren't too clean due to the amount of people coming and young during rush hours but it's not bad. There's a TV near a couple booths. But the food court it is very loud when high schoolers are there including children.

Went to the subway. It was alright as the food court goes. Not a lot of options and not a lot of good options either.

Lots of American food options, very standard, however the high school has an open campus during lunch around 1030 so it's crowded with teenagers. It's right next to the nex and the market place next door has a breakfast buffet that's pretty good. It's relatively cheap and some of the places have loyalty cards
