RamaDBK Ltd.

I had decided to import a used car from Japan and was in touch with them. I sent them the deposit of US$1,000 around middle of May. Just a few days later Govt. Pakistan prohibited the import of used vehicles from Japan. Therefore I am not able to complete the transaction. I have been trying to get a refund from them ever since. The pretend they don't know how to send funds by wire or electronically. OK send me a check for the amount in USA or Pakistan. They haven't done that either. If anyone knows anything about their directors or owners kindly let me know.
I would never deal with them again and neither should anyone else.

Beware beware I bought two trucks from them and they sent me two older truck.from what I saw on there sites and know help

I have paid maximum amount to this company to buy a good quality car when i bought a car milage was 820km ABS unit was gone when 7000km done i informed to ramadbk srilankan company (no body help me) dont belive. This company and staff

First of all RamaDBK is not a Japanese car dealer and they are not a reliable car dealer too.
They have violated the sales agreement with me.
This year June I have bought a brand unit from them, after inspect the unit photo, sales agreement and I make sure all the things with sales coordinator and his supervisor then I have decided to perches this vehicle (as sales agreement it’s says this unit has fully loaded- with LED head lights, fog lights, multifunction stearin wheel, push button start with remote keys, keyless entry, USB DVD player, Toyota original floor carpets, emergency break system, cruse-control brand new vehicle) However when the vehicle reached to our local port we have noticed its missing Toyota original floor carpets and USB DVD player! Then I have contacted sales coordinator and top managers of Rama DBK to solve this issue but they are still hiding without giving any explanation about violated sales agreement! It’s a kind of scam!
This is for knowing people who considering to deal with Rama DBK in future.
Don’t deal with them, don’t loose your money any efforts, there are more bunch of reliable Japanese car dealers in Japan. If any one need more information Pls don’t hesitate to contact me. Thanks.

So disappointing.email on the 6th and 7th Oct - NO REPLY. Sent SKYPE rq on 7th.finally accepted on 17th and then online chatted on the 8th, saying they would reply. NOTHING. We lost a client.how do some businesses survive with such poor service, its not how we work.
