7 カウンターで食べるのは久しぶりでドキドキしていましたが、店主の気さくな対応して頂き、リラックスすることが出来ました^ - ^
店の中には高級感があってチャージ代とかあるのではと不安でしたが、会計は税込で600円。
安心しました^ - ^
味はもちろん美味しかった^ - ^
玉子とかんぴょうは特に美味かった！
食後のコーヒーも美味しかった️

I do not like sushi, and everything here was delicious. Dinner takes around two hours, everything is made fresh and right in front of you. Take your time and enjoy the experience.

Very fresh food made by a skilled chef. While expensive, it is well worth the price.
Perhaps my favorite sushi spot in Japan so far.
I used to live about 5 minutes away from Shin's. Easily the best sushi I have ever had. If you want to forever ruin sushi/sashimi when you get back to the states, make it a point to go here. On the rare occasions when I get to return to Japan, I always make it a point to get back here.
If you are feeling brave, ask him for a wasabi roll.
