TKP HOTEL＆RESORT レクトーレ箱根強羅

とても店員のサービスもよく、お部屋も非常に綺麗でした。とあるインターネット旅行会社で間違えて、予約してしまい、変更するにはキャンセル料がかかると言わあれましたが、直接問い合わせたらキャンセル料なしで追加料金だけで部屋のアップグレードできたのは非常に助かりました。ぜひまた行きたい。

アットホームなホテル｡
気さくに話せるホテルマンさん。
周辺は美術館等は有りますが、
特に遊ぶ所や買い物する所が無いので、
ゆっくりと温泉に入り小説等を、
読んだりのんびり過ごしたい人には、
おすすめです。

Very clean, very polite staff. Food was not part of the package and is extra. If you ask for breakfast and don't show up on time, they still charge you for breakfast (which I think is fair). Breakfast was good. The onsen was good. They have two public ones and two private ones (cost extra).

Arrived here before the check in time and the friendly staff allowed us to put our luggage in the hotel first. The dinner option was amazing as well as the breakfast. The interior are modern and clean. Onsens were a good experience as well. Will be recommending this place to anyone going to Hakone

Friendly staff and luxurious room. The outside may look dated but the inside is roomy and clean. The private onsen isn't too special but the public bath is nice.

Onsen was good: separate public bathroom contained 2 pools: 1 from Gora spring (alkaline), 1 from Owakudani (with sulfur). It was only for guests, so not crowded at all. There was a private onsen for additional price.

Close to 中強羅 station. Staff are all very nice and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend to stay here!

すべてに満足！というわけではないけど、不足なく過ごせたから星5。外見は小学校の典型塗装のような印象だけど、内装はとてもキレイ。難点は冬に来ると足元が寒く感じられるところかな。職員の方の対応は気さくで、話しやすかった。割引で泊まるとなお良いかも。

The hot springs were great! However, our room was freezing when we got there so they switched us to another room - which happened to be a downgrade and they didn't refund us the difference. Good stay, but too expensive for the value.

元資生堂の保養所を改装して出来たホテルです。
外見からは、古さを感じますが内装は凄く綺麗で、部屋に設置されてる設備も、テレビ大型 (50型) 、タブレット、無料Wifi付きで、文句の付けようがありません。
部屋にユニットバスはありますが、大浴場、家族風呂があり
温泉となってます。大浴場にはダイソンのドライヤーもありです。 (笑)
