箱根ゲストハウスtoi（トイ）

ライブ遠征で少し足を伸ばして訪問しました。
古民家を改装した味のある建物です。
お風呂は1人用の手作り風の木製の浴槽で、掛け流し。
少し熱めですがめちゃくちゃ気持ち良かったです。
オーナーさんは親切だし、わんちゃんは可愛いし、ご飯も美味しかった。
周りは何も無いですが、ご飯は別料金で用意があるので不便はないです。
また機会があれば訪問します！

1月上旬訪問、ハイブリッドドミトリーを使用。他のレビューで寒いから心配していましたが、暑くてむしろ布団の中に覆って寝ました。カプセルの中にはコンセント、電灯ありしか出ていません。成人男性基準の足ずっと伸ばし、椅子の足元にスペースがあり、キャリアを置くことができます。 Wi-Fiがあります。

荷物保管になるので、午前中に預けておき、チェックインは後で行っても構いません。ローソンまで歩いて10分ほどですが、宿所自体が少し上り坂です。

道路に面したが、外の風景がとても良いです。ホストはとてもフレンドリーで英語が上手です。朝食はコスパが良くて美味しいです。おすすめです。子犬（ラム）があるのにまろやかでつかまえていて散歩連れて行きたかったですね。ロビーには2つのテーブルと椅子が多数あり、それほど広くはありません。

ただ他のレビューでもそうであるように衛生がちょっと残念です。バスルームは少し小さく、洗面台はほこりや水の時がありますが、一日二三十分で十分にきれいになるほどにさらに残念です。この部分が最大の欠点であり、価格考えれば納得できないわけではありません。衛生だけが良くなれば、すっかり掴むのにないと思います。

ミトリーは快適でとても清潔で、暖房システムもあります。雰囲気が気に入りました。レセプションの人はとてもフレンドリーで、上手な英語を話しました。私にとって温泉はこの場所の付加価値です。完璧でした！
ドミトリーからシャワーまでは外に出る必要があるので、寒い時はあまり楽しめません。

タッフはとても親切で親切で、そこに滞在している他の人々もフレンドリーだったので、このレビューを残すのは残念です。しかし、残念ながら、清潔さのレベルがここでは不快でした。一晩だけ予約していて良かったです。バスルームのトイレとシンク、その他のシンクやゴミ箱は、徹底的に頻繁に洗う必要があります。部屋（「ファミリールーム」）の壁は埃っぽく、床には犬の毛が落ちていました。予約時は個室かと思っていましたが、メインエリアと壁と照明を共有しており、本物の壁がなかったのでメインエリアからの光と音を感じられました。旅館や民宿というよりはホステルに似ていますが、掃除は必要です。

Room was clean, but you can hear every noise of people from the other rooms walking talking entering leaving everything.
On Booking it was described that their Twin Room has mountain view, but the room I stayed in was almost like a matchbox with tiny window which opened to a stone wall.

確実にお値段以上のサービスや清潔さです。

オーナーさんも愛想が良く、確実にリピーターになります！

ドミトリーに宿泊。
ドミトリーでも足元にスペースがあるので荷物が置けます。
源泉かけ流しの温泉付きは嬉しい。
バーはロビーとしても使えるので持ち込みで食事してもOK。
スタッフのお兄さんたちも感じが良いです。

アクセス悪め、ドアに隙間があり、手作り感がすごいと思ったが、サービスや店員さんの気さくはとてもよかった。

また、値段も安い。

ただ、布団はもう少し厚いのがいい…

場所はちょっとわかりにくいです。宮ノ下より小涌谷の方が近いかもしれないです。
昔の家屋の内装とかを改築したペンション的なところでアットホームな感じがとても良かったとおもいます。
ドミトリーに寝泊まりしましたが、一人一人のスペースはちょっと広い方なのかな。
部屋自体はせまく暖房器具は置いてあるけど、性質上やはり下段の方が寒くなります。
中全体的には綺麗で清潔感はあります。
また、カウンターでちょっとした食事できるのは高評価。
お値段も考えてこれならかなりいいと思います。

I love this guesthouse! Staff is very kind and the place is calm and clean. They have good food and excellent breakfast.

Location is good and on the bus route, not too far of a walking distance even from the train stations. The woman who seemed to be the owner or main staffer was SO kind, and spoke at least both Japanese and English, which made our stay very easy. The private onsen is a one-person, no-reservations deal, and it's free to use (ignoring the onsen charge everyone has to pay anyway, which is totally the norm in Hakone). Breakfast was okay for 500; wouldn't go crazy about it, but it was definitely convenient.

The dorm room and shared bathroom were both great. Very clean, and the other guests were very respectful of me and each other.

I was under the vague impression that this was like a ryokan, but it is not like a ryokan. It's just a relatively nice place to stay, especially on a budget.

Also there was free barley tea in the common area!

カーナビがピンポイントで指してくれなかったので、しかも夜だと真っ暗でわかりにくかったですが、予めグーグルマップで写真を見ていたのでなんとかわかりました。
民家を改築したような感じで、中はきれいです。
部屋は和室で畳に布団を敷くので、ベッドのように子供が落っこちる心配もなく安心できました。
すぐそばを線路が通っているので、電車が走るたびガタゴトと音と振動がありますが、慣れると気になりません。

Nice and simple hostel. The mixed dormitory is connected with the main check in building and shower rooms which could be problematic to some guests. The onsen can only accommodate one person at a time. You can rent a towel at the front desk as well. It's a bit far from any station, and up a bit of a slope. I drove to the hostel and paid an extra ￥500 for parking.

安く泊まれて安く夕食にありつけます。
外国からの方が多く驚きました。
一人用のお風呂で小さいですが温泉に入れます。
カプセルタイプの部屋に泊まりましたが、枕元にコンセントあります。二口しかないのでタップ持って行ったほうがいいかも。
布団も清潔感がありよく眠れました。

しかし、風呂場が残念なことに少しカビ臭かったので星は3です。

It's a nice and cheap place to stay. The atmosphere is rustic and laid back. The staffs are ok. The portion of the food is not enough if you have walked the whole day and are hungry. The portion of the breakfast is quite less too. There is a shared shower room and onsen although it only allows one person at a time. It is a good place if you are taking the shuttle bus for Hakone.

元々あった民家を改造した箱根民泊施設です。普通の民泊だと思ってたらサービスが普通のホテル並の対応なので意外と驚きました。
温泉（近くには豊臣秀吉が小田原征伐時に入った）があって非常に気持ちよかったです。
1人部屋は外にあるためトイレや洗面台は一度外から中に入らなければならないのと、エアコンが無いので夏は虫と暑さにやられるかもしれません（冬はストーブがあるし虫が出ないのでおススメ）。

Wonderful Guesthouse. The ambience is perfect. The hosts are friendly. Well connected by Hakone Tozan line. If these reasons weren't enough, they have an onsen too. Highly recommended!

The hot-spring bath is only one and very small. When I try that, the bath was used and had to Waite soooo long time. As the bathtub is small and same water for the day (?) it seemed dirty and I took shower after. Never go there again.

I spend 2 nights in June 2016. The guesthouse is really nice. Kanako and Daisuke are so nice and welcoming. They gave me good advice to visit. I also had dinner at guesthouse, and it was so good, you don't need to go to restaurant. There is a bus stop just down the street.

This is great accomodation for the price. The staff are friendly, extremely helpful and clearly know a lot about the local area. This was especially useful as I was only in Hakone for two days. The bar area, while small, was a cozy and comfortable place to relax at the end of the day. As there are no convenience stores really close by, the fact that freshly cooked meals to order are also available is another big plus.
