I bought my car from Wellch@ms and they have always helped me out with whenever I needed help. They recently switch out my battery for free even though I insisted on paying. Ali is has the best customer service.

Totally. I'm glad I bought from here. They will run for your road tax paperwork free every year. Free Oil Changes. Low Tire replacement if they have good spares. I got like new tires on the front 60.00 and later returned for the rear tire replacement for 100¥ ($78.00 USD at this time). Washed my car when I got my tires replaced. Replaced my flat when Welcham was on Holiday. I got lucky bc some one happened to be there. Best ever!

Great services and easy to work with. I brought my car here to get my fogged headlights cleared up and some scratches buffed out. They quoted me a great price and had the work done within a few hours. They went above and beyond and did a full wash and cleaned the inside as well. I highly recommend them.

ALL of my expectations were supremely surpassed by Wellcham's hardworking attendant Izzath Ali and his team today! I went in to schedule a suspected tire leak on one tire. Not only did they find the leak, but they were able to save the tire, provide my promised free oil change, secure my loose ETC module, AND have enough time to wash my car all within an hour! I was given an estimate and to my surprise, he gave me the price I didn't think I was entitled too! It was shocking to see the effort Ali and the Wellcham team put into me and my family. They cared about our time and understanding our screaming kids were hungry! Thank you Ali and team for making this day awesome!

I was told when we arrived at NAF Atsugi that if we bought a car from Wellcham they would take good care of us. We bought two, and the prediction has been proven true again and again over the past 2+ years, most recently just this week. Mahzeen, Ali and the Wellcham team have been outstanding to work with and obviously care about their customers!

The service was great. Extremely convenient for SOFA members. I've purchased in the past with no issues, and this time was either the same, or better. Will definitely buy from them again. I saw someone bring their car here to fix, after base inspection, and the quote from here was much better than on base. Something to think about.

I have bought two cars from them and they will be the only dealer I will buy from going forward. Their selection of cars is quite good and they handle all of the paperwork at the time of sale. What sets them apart though, is their after sales service. It is impeccable! Whenever I have had even a small issue with a car I bought from them, which is to be expected, they have taken care of it. Most recently I needed a headliner fixed. They did it for free, changed my oil and washed the car. The guys know customer service!

I recently had my window suddenly misaligned and fall into my door, and then got stuck. This happened at the end of the day on a Saturday, less than an hour before they closed, and Wellcham's was able to fix it within a matter of minutes, even though they had several cars that needed work they were also fixing at the same time. Mechanics are more than friendly throughout the whole process and we're willing to work around our schedule without any issues! My car is working great, and I cannot be happier!

Contacted Welcham to have my brakes replaced they set me up for an appointment the next day. Left my car in the morning and within a hour my car was done. Appreciate the quick and stellar service.

My husband and i bought a car here just over 2 months ago. I immediately noticed issues with the car. The breaks were making a loud grinding and the motor had a ticking. A check engine light came on so we returned to the dealership and he replaced the sensor for free which was nice, but when i mentioned the ticking he says "maam that is a normal engine sound, i hear no sound. " And when i mentioned the brakes he said it would be fixed but it was not. Here we are just two months into owning a car w paid almost $3000 for and the tick sound has now become a loud knocking in the engine and the breaks are grinding so badly it will soon damage the calipur if we dont have them replaced when he said they would be fixed. Im disappointed to see that my concerns were ignored and now we are out of "warranty" period so we are stuck paying hundreds more after we spent our entire savings on the vehicle. Being a military family we heard great things but we are unhappy with the purchase and wish he would have fixed the very loud engine knock and very damaged breaks as now we cannot afford to, he just sprayed oil on the break pads and sent us on our way and ignored my engine knockung concern. Buyer be careful and double check the vehicle and repairs when owner says the sounds are normal (they are not), i would advise to bring to on post mechanic for full run through of car because it seems they are not honest with the condition of the vehicle and refuse to fix issues when they arise.

Amazing customer service and very professional! They explained and walked me through the whole purchasing process including the registration and parking certificate. As someone new to Japan, they were very courteous, understanding and helpful. Highly recommend if you are PCS-ing to Japan and thinking of purchasing a car!
