8Wow. Just wow. Personally, there's a few considerations for 4 stars like minimum 1 drink per person or limited beef menu varieties. But those become very minor concerns when I tried their beef. I have had yakiniku in Osaka, Tokyo, and Sapporo and I can say beef yakiniku in this shop is the best I've ever tasted. We ordered brisket, rib, and spencer (loin?) and all are very tender and delicious, especially brisket. The deliciousness is heightened further by their 3 types of sauces which all very great. Go really well with Japanese rice. Average price per beef dish is around 880 jpy. Very value for money for what we got. English menu available and staff can communicate English easily. Definitely will come back again.
Great food and good service. Menu is a little different to typical western meats, but amazing. The brisket is highly recommended!
Great place with friendly service. Several cuts of meat available for you to cook as well as vegetables. Don't let the different cuts steer you away from trying, they are all fantastic. Very fun hands on dinner that you will not forget.

Several meat cuts and innards for yakiniku (I can recommend wagyu spencer roll and beef brisket) and egg soup (highly recommendable). Perfect place to dinner after an evening walk in Gion without necessity to eat in expensive posh restaurants in the area.
Really enjoy the time here, nice quality meat and reasonable price. May be better than some famous and expensive 燒烤 restaurant. Very good choice for people without reservation.
This is one of the best places we found to eat in Kyoto. It was popular, had a nice atmosphere, and the food was amazing! Plus, grilling at your table was pretty fun!
Loved this place! Been to loads of Japanese bbq place but nothing beats this. The spices and sauce are just right and unique. Try the pork belly and beef brisket they’re both amazing. Not to mention great beer as well. Atmosphere was great, full of locals, we’re the only foreigners there, shows that the place is locals favourites. Will come back!
