Istanbul Saray（イスタンブール・サライ）

I find it fine. Nothing to write about. I also had a pide, which for my tastes was not enough spiced.

Soup taste is not what it must be, side dishes below the average. Meat quality and taste is good but I can not say the same things for another stuff in the plate. It would be better by using same materials. Price is not bad for set Menu which contains around 150 gr meat. Dessert was good. I ordered Turkish coffee with sugar, I got no sugar and no tasty.

初めての本格的なトルコ料理でしたが、とても美味しくいただきました！
あらゆる料理にヨーグルトが使われているので、ヨーグルト好きな方には、たまらん味付けだと思います。人気のお店なので、予約するのがオススメですよ！

I was firstly disappointed how the restaurant is being conducted. If you don’t want customers other than reservation, MENTION IT! We went there after so much pain in rainy day. They told us we can’t sit in the normal seat if we don’t have previous reservation. So they let us sit in some side seats by the kitchen. After that comes the food. It is expensive compared to portion. About food taste, it’s just same as any other regular Turkish restaurants.
Just to add: If you want to go somewhere different from your regular cuisine and maybe some expensive dating like place with good ambience, then go there.

コロナじゃなければ今頃はトルコに………という気持ちの元、こちらのお店に伺いました。
頼んだお料理は全て美味しくて、特にトルコのパンの焼き加減と食感、盛り合わせで頼んだメゼをディップして食べた時の美味しさ最高でした！
ますますトルコに行きたくなりました。

オスマン帝国外伝にハマり、フランス料理、中国料理と並ぶトルコ料理に興味を持ちました。
当初はディナータイムに行くつもりでしたが、ひとまずランチタイムに予約を入れ、期待して出かけました。
私はシシケバブランチ、家内はラム肉がだめなのでチキンケバブランチをオーダーしました。
スープのあと前菜とパンが出てきました。パンは焼き立てのようでとても美味しくいただきました。
さてメインとなるシシケバブなのですが、美味しそうに見えたのですが、塩辛くて (チキンでも同じ) 、どうしてこんなに塩辛いの？
トルコの人は塩辛いのが好きなんでしょうか？
もう少し薄味であればもっと評価を上げたいところでした。柔らかくて美味しかったのにちょっとガッカリでした。
トルココーヒーは普通に美味しく飲めました。プリンもまずまずでしょうか。
追加でアイスクリームを注文しましたが、いい雰囲気でした。
しかし、ディナーでも塩辛いのだと思うとリピーターにはなれそうにありません。
本当に惜しいと思います。

昔トルコに行った際に食べた料理が忘れられなかったため訪れましたが、トルコで食べた物とは比べ物にならないくらい全て抜群に美味しいです。
お店の中のタイルなどもとても可愛いです。雰囲気も良いので本当におすすめです。

I went here twice with my family, for a lunch and again for a dinner. Overall the food is very delicious and unusual here but the prices are quite expensive compared to size and quantity of dishes they service. I think it is not well balanced compared to other halal restaurants here in Japan. Furthermore, the menue set idea is totally not good and it is time consuming. Why you not bring all set and put it on the table? Customers have to wait for the next to come and it totally not make sense from customer point of view to wait for his/her ordered food for 30 minutes (10+10+10).

The ambiance of the restaurant is great. The blue tiles on the walls are beautiful. The dining hall is spacious and social distancing arrangements were well thought out. The food was really good as well. The main course shesh kebab was well marinated, juicy and tender.

Overall I highly recommend this restaurant.

Prices are quite expensive for the size of the dishes. Food is in general a bit salty. The rice pudding had a bit vanilla flavor, but it was used too much. I would say in general the amount of salt, flavours used in the food was not well balanced. The lamb skewers we cooked right amount, the other food (including the Turkish pizza) wasn't not tasty compared to the ones I tasted in my trip to Turkey. In short, the price/performance is bad, it has variety of food you may not find somewhere else. But also the food isn't tasty except for the grilled meat varieties. Lastly, they can't speak English.

ランチで訪問しました。ラムのシュラスコですが、お肉もクセがなく美味しく、前菜やパンとデザートまでついていて、満足しました。コーヒーのカップや、店内装飾もトルコ感があり、良い雰囲気のレストランでした。

広々として接客も良く、一番高いランチに昼間から酒も頼んだせいかわかりませんが、最後エレベーターのところまで丁寧にお見送りしてもらい、とても気持ちよく過ごせました！
京都のトルコ料理のお店なら、ここおススメです！

Turkish Restaurant, they have interesting food! I took their Yogurt/Garlic/Ravioli it was delicious and they serve donor kebab on holidays, baklaava was dreamy delicious! Definitely a recommend!

京都旅行時にディーナーとして利用。
ドナーケバブなどのファストフードではないしっかりトルコ料理を楽しめるお店。味が良く本場を感じることができるためこのぐらい出しても問題ないだろうといった価格設定。メゼ、アダナケバブ、ピデ (ラム肉) をセイボリーフードで注文。どれも美味しい。欲を言えばメニュー記載があるラハマジュはコロナのせいか置いてないと言われて少しショックだったがもし機会がここのあればぜひ食べてみたい。デザートはスートラッチとバクラバをオーダー。デザートはまあまあ。ここはレストランなのでセイボリーメインで行くべきだが、アダナケバブの炭焼きのスモーキーな香りとオニオンもスマックにしっかりマリネされて本当に美味しかった。

１月末にランチに行きました。初めてのトルコ料理でワクワク！お店はビルの3階にあるので「行こう！」って思ってないと見過ごしちゃいそうです。
1500円くらいのランチコースを注文しましたが、スープから始まる本格的なコースで、ボリューム満点で全部美味しい。お腹いっぱいでもぉ食べられないよ…って思ってたら、デザートとコーヒーが出てきて、無理だよ～ってなったのに、美味しくってしっかり食べました。コーヒーがまた美味しくて、質問したらシェフの方が答えて下さりました。
コロナの影響だと思うのですが、客は私達だけ…やっていけるのか心配になりました。絶対にまた行きたいので、皆さん是非とも食べに行って下さい！美味しいから！あと、お手洗いも清潔で良いです！エレベーターもあります。

Best Turkish food, the dipping, the Lamb, the side dishes were all perfect and delicious.
The service was high quality and everyone was so respectful.

トルコに何度か訪れてから大ファンの私と母。五種盛りのペーストにつけるパンが手作りだそうで、めちゃくちゃ美味しい。売ってるなら買いたかったくらい。絶対どこでも頼むレンズ豆のスープ。ヨーグルトの餃子はどきどきだったけど、頼んで正解。餃子が、ラビオリの形で、お肉は牛だそうでしっかりと味がついててヨーグルトソースと合う！トルコ風サラダは、トルコで食べたのが美味しすぎて忘れられなかったのだが、ここでは普通のサラダだった。日本でこちら系のサラダでめちゃくちゃ美味しいものにまだ、出会えていない。デザートのバクラバも、手作りだそうで、甘すぎなくて本当に美味しい！！

The best Turkish restaurant in Kyoto, little bit over price, but in general it is fine. It has good variety of dishes and delicious desserts

京都にこんなにおいしいトルコ料理があったなんてー！グループで行ったので色々な料理を少しずつ食べることができました。シシカバブはお肉の臭みもなくスパイシーで完璧でした！最後にはチャイとバクラバまで楽しみました。
また絶対行きます！！

The food was tasty and great portion is suitable the staff were helpful and friendly with wide menu varieties however the price were slightly expensive we had one set menu of kebab with additinal salad and rice and it cost around 5000 yen not very expensive but slightly is.
