全ての材料はオーガニック、それも白馬で採れた野菜を使ったイタリアン。
オーナーの方がとてもこだわりを持っているらしく、何をしなくても色々教えてくれます。ちょっとしつこいくらい。でもそれがいいのかもしれません。

Was looking forward to lunch after seeing a number of good reviews but got rude treatment when we tried to go in. Firstly getting mad at the kids because they were putting their hand in the snow outside. Then saying we could not go in without a reservation even though it was 1345 and many tables were open (and they weren’t closing). Overall just not friendly.

This is the best service I have ever seen in all of my life.
They were extremely nice and explained everything so nicely and we all had a great conversation with them.

The food was great too. They use the best quality of ingredients and much of it is self-grown (herbs, chili etc.)

A must visit if you are in Hakuba.

Super friendly staff, all natural ingredients, awesome pastas and pizzas. Right around the corner from Hakuba station - come hungry!

Best meal ever!
I visited at the end of October this year. The owner of this restaurant explained very thoroughly every dish she made with exquisite detail that made us just want to try everything on the menu!
All the ingredients she uses are absolutely top notch and delicious.
We had the pasta Bolognese, basil pasta (forgot the name), gorgonzola pasta, the pizza special of the day and chocolate cake for dessert with an espresso!
Can't wait to come back the next time I'm back in Hakuba

We ordered the pizza specials and they were delicious. Chemicals-free local veggies and thin crust pies, super-friendly owner, highly recommend it.

お野菜のみで作ってくださるメニューもあるので、ベジタリアンの方にもとても良心的だと思います。
店員さんと色々なお話ができるのも楽しいです！

Great atmosphere, friendly host, AMAZING pizzas!

Had the Gorgonzola+Apple pizza; and the herbed sausage and veggie pizza.

Crusts were thin and crisp, pizzas weren't dripping in grease, makes an onion-hater eat her onions, what more could you want? !

Gorgonzola pizza had a good balance between saltiness of the cheese and sweetness from the apples *chef's kiss*

Pizza menu changes with the seasons, so will defs check this out again in winter!

大学の元教授だったと思います女性スタッフさん（おしゃべり担当）が食材の知識をマシンガントークで話してきます。メモ帳が必要です。結局たくさん話聞いたのですがシチリアントマトとバジルとオリーブオイルが良いみたいな話です。当然美味しいです。静かに食べたいという方は向いていないところです。

物凄く素材にこだわっていらっしゃいます。
化学調味料を使わない事にこだわっていらっしゃいますが、ベーコンだけは市販の物だそーです

スパゲティよりピザが美味しいです。

オープンしている間に訪ねて、お客さん誰もいないのに断られました。
最初は席に案内されましたが、この後3名が来るのでやっぱり…と
一度座ってから出ました。
席は他にもあるのに、一度に1グループしか接客できないのか、
予約された分の材料しか用意できてないのか。
美味しいとレビューがあるのに、気楽に観光のお客さんにおすすめできないのが残念。
(せめて入る前に、予約のみという張り紙でもあればいいのに)

Absolutely delicious pizza and pasta - homemade, fresh and not oily. Exceptional service too. Great little find!

The owner was a very knowledgeable and detailed person. We felt very well looked after
You can see the tomatoes being dried. She even showed us the fennel that was 'curing'.
The food was very tasty. We had vegan options, and this was very nice too

自家製の野菜を使ったこだわりのレストラン。身体に優しい素材しか使っていないとのことです。接客のおばあさんは細かく色々と教えてくれます。少し監視されているような感じもあり、苦手な人は接客が嫌かもしれません。ピザやパスタはどれも美味しくて野菜の旨味と甘みを感じ、バジルなどの香りも市販のものとは全然違います。予約をしていくことをお勧めします。

Always grab a pizza here when we are in Hakuba! Excellent food, wonderful people & great atmosphere!

The best restaurant in Hakuba the staff are very friendly and have very good english.
Their food is fantastic and restaurant is beautiful.
Most importantly for us is they understand gluten free and have great gluten pasta and gluten free chocolate cake. The red wine is nice also.

This is a very homely pkace that serve pasta and pizza. They make their own garlic and chili oil, sundried tomatoes which mskes the garlic chili oil pasta with sundried tomato a must try. Honest good food and amazing hospitality. Very cosy place to chill away from your usual ski eateries etc. Right by Hakuba Station, a very easy place for lunch before/after train. A place i always love to visit when in Hakuba. Highly recommended.

Really delicious homemade food and owner is fantastic and so friendly. Fully caters for people with food allergies and plenty of vegetarian options. Definitely recommend

Such an awesome place for a homely Italian meal. We were absolutely mind blown by the perfectly simple but flavorful dishes. Love the fact that she uses the local and natural ingredients from the region. So the menu varies with the season and don’t expect the same dishes as below. So good that we came back again!
