いさみ寿し

わいい老夫婦が経営するとても素敵な場所です。おじいさんは、お客様のために一つ一つお寿司を心を込めて調理しており、私が寿司がとても美味しかったと話すと明るくなります。彼の寿司はとても新鮮で思い出に残るものでした。ただし、ご夫婦が高齢で、おじいさんが一人で作るため、準備に時間がかかるので注意してください。時間に余裕があれば、ぜひ食べに来ることをおすすめします。

いさみずしでは、本物志向の家庭的な食事体験を提供しています。わさびが少し濃いと感じる人もいるかもしれませんが、私にはぴったりでした。子供たちが誤ってテーブルを押して皿が割れてしまったという不運な出来事にも、スタッフは丁寧に対応してくれました。これは完全に私たちのせいでした。彼らの理解と忍耐は称賛に値します。

料理は間違いなく美味しいですが、高価な傾向があります。しかし、料理の品質は価格帯と共鳴しており、細心の注意を払った準備と新鮮な食材を誇っています。事故にもかかわらず、雰囲気は引き続き歓迎的であり、食事全体の雰囲気を高めました。

基本的に、勇寿司は温かい雰囲気の中で、少し高価であるにもかかわらず、味と本物の味を提供する風味豊かな料理を提供しています。家庭的でありながらワンランク上のダイニング体験をお求めの方に最適です。

囲気はフレンドリーです。おじさんとおばさんの二人のシェフが一緒に作りました。寿司や刺身は新鮮な魚を使用しています。お店は丘の上にあり、海に近いわけではないにもかかわらず、信じられないほどです。シェフは食材の品質を考慮しています。
今日は魚のほほ塩焼きを3人前注文。おばちゃんの焼きは美味しくて、お肉は甘くてジューシーだから。帰る前に、おばちゃんと記念に写真を撮りました。また湯田中に来たら、ぜひまたこのお店に来てください。タイからありがとう:)

Excellent Sushi bar! The owner is very friendly and he understand a little of English. If you are vegetarian the have your covered.

2人が大好きだ。長野に来てまで寿司？という人もきっと多いと思うんだけど、そういうことじゃない。このお店が提供するものは、ネタとして美味しいのはもちろん、それ以上に心が入ってるから、愛されるんだと教えてくれるお店です。末永くお元気で。また食べ行きます！

Extremely friendly, helpful and entertaining. Sushi and appetizers were awesome. They even had homemade plum wine.

Perfect little sushi place. Owner serves delicious fresh sushi and sashimi made to order. Small place with max capacity of probably just over a dozen seats.

The owner / chef who are nice and can speak English. They have English menu for the convenience of foreign visitors. The sashimi were so fresh, you are forgetting that you are nowhere near the sea and high in the mountains. The nigiri is also delicious. The grilled yellow tail fish head amazed me the most, it was grilled to perfection. Not a fish skin were charcoaled. The fish skin is a must finish. The miso soup is also delicious, where the prawn head was used in each serving. Lastly, the fry oyster was amazing as well. The price is reasonable consider where the restaurant is located. It is recommended to call for reservations during lunch or dinner time. There are only 5-6 sushi bar seats, and two table of 5 tatami seats. The warm sake is a must order during winter time.

The chef is very welcoming. The sushi is fresh. The oyster tempura is the best! At the end of the dinner, they give you a fish soup, which again, it was SOOOOO tasty! Definitely want to drop by again!

Great ambience and an amazing chef. Prices was good and it came highly recommended by the innkeeper at our ryokan. Amazingly fresh, prepared within sight. The balance of wasabi to sushi was perfect. Would definitely come back here again if there is another opportunity to do so.

This little place serves really good sushi. The owner understood the word vegetarian and made us three vegetarian dishes. The price was fair, too.
