Double Black Hotel

ブルブラックでは素晴らしい経験ができました。新型コロナウイルスの影響でこの施設が2年間閉鎖されていたことを考えると、ホテルのチームに非常に感銘を受けました。このタイプの施設を再開するのは決して簡単ではありませんが、チームは素晴らしい仕事をしてくれました。

2023年初頭、レストランは以前と同じ「高級」ではありませんが（閉店によるものであることは理解できます）、ディナーのオプションはまともな快適な料理です。朝食はベーシックですが、卵、ベーコン、トースト、ヨーグルト、シリアル、エスプレッソコーヒー、フルーツ、ジュースなどを豊富に取り揃えています。

スタッフは一流で、常に笑顔であなたの世話をするために可能な限りのことを行い、近くのリゾートやレストランまでバンで喜んで移動します。彼らはいくつかの素晴らしい地元のレストランを提案し、予約をしてくれました。悪い食事はありませんでした。

夜遅くになると、バーはいつも賑わっており、バーテンダーは素晴らしいミックスカクテルを作るのがとても上手です。

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、ホテルはとても快適で清潔です。 2年間閉鎖されていたため、少々荒いところがあり、それが5つ星を付けなかった唯一の理由ですが、それを除けば、白馬で滞在するのに最高の場所の1つであることは間違いありません。

A 24-room hotel with modern amenities. Rooms were clean, spacious and with comfortable bed. Staff were very attentive to our needs and helpful I can't complain! The design is a blend of traditional Japanese with the Canadian warmth and style. We dropped by Happo-one for a great ski experience as it is just a minute away. Perfect location! Our next stop was to stroll and do snowboarding on nearby resorts. Loving this ski hotel! It has free shuttle to the Slopes. Would love to come back. Recommended for everyone.

It was such a fantastic snow holiday with the family. The quick access to ski resorts especially the Happo One was a plus. We all had a great time in the slopes and a comfortable place to stay while we were in Hakuba.

This accommodation had that "homey" feel. The location was just perfect for ski enthusiasts. Easy access to slopes. Great onsite restaurant, I truly enjoyed it. Breakfast was awesome. It was a memorable and enjoyable stay, all thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff.

Food is amazing. Really talented young chef. The accommodation is fantastic. Comfortable rooms, relaxed atmosphere and very friendly staff. Staff are willing to help in any way. Mini van shuttle service is excellent. 5 stars all round.

We had a very memorable 3 night stay, this was recommended by one of our friends who stayed here last September. It has an amazing, super friendly and helpful staff. Very fluent in English. Beautiful rooms, with large Japanese-style comfortable beds. Excellent bar and restaurant service. Had a wonderful skiing experience at Hakuba. Cant forget the remarkably enjoyable vacation this winter season in Japan. Absolutely be coming back. Recommended for everyone.

This is a ski hotel in the resort town of Hakuba in Japan. This is not your average hotel experience. Staff spoke English very well and free shuttle from Hotel to just about any part of town you need to go. The staff was warm and friendly. I think if you stay here you will not be disappointed.

This place is fantastic. The staff are great and all speak fluent English. Quick shoutout to Leo and Will for helping us have a ripper time. Laundry downstairs, big dry room for snowgear. Super fast Wi-Fi, breakfast in the morning and a cool bar to have a few drinks at night.
