湖泉閣 吉乃屋

前に川が流れており周りが山に囲まれている場所で鶯の鳴き声が聞こえたりする雑音のない素晴らしい場所です。
あえて書かしてもらうとお風呂のシャワーお湯が出ない!
温泉は良かったです。

The staff was so kind and helpful. I arrived late and hungry. They accompanied me to the Okonomiyaki restaurant and helped me inform the chef that I was vegetarian. When they asked about my plans for the next day and got to know that I had not managed to book any rooms at the next location, they helped me to call the Minshuku and when they could not get through, they took the initiative to help me call another Minshuku nearby! I am very impressed by their helpfulness! The hotel is very tastefully decorated and beautiful. I had the Onsen bath all to myself as it was quiet winter season. Everything exceed my expectations here!

老舗旅館。お部屋からの景色は絶景！
内装も綺麗で、お部屋も掃除が行き届いてます。
お風呂も源泉かけ流しで、露天からの眺めも最高でした。
名物のあゆ骨酒は、日本酒好きなら飲んだ方がいいです。

源泉かけ流しのサミットで7名3室（３＋３＋１）で利用させて頂きました。夕食は別の宿で立食のパーティーで済ませたのですが宿泊させて頂く宿で二次会を設定したいと言う事でご無理をお願いしたのですが、対応が神待遇。他の宿からの参加者と深夜まで飲み明かしました。お風呂もさすがに最高で特に露天風呂は、湖の面し野趣あふれる湯浴みが楽しめました。朝食も十津川ならではのメニューで大満足。出発時にはお宿の皆さんのみならずお隣の若旦那やスタッフも手を振って下さい。感動しました。次回はイベントではなく家族でゆっくり泊まらせて頂きます。

十津川村の広さと峠道の厳しさを甘く見ていて、チェックインが大幅に遅れてしまったのですが、とても感じよく迎えてくださいました。ネット予約した際、食事が量控えめプランだったことにあとから気づき、足りるかどうかやや不安でしたが、画像の通りかなりのボリューム！（セイロの中身は猪の肉と野菜がたくさん！）通常のコースだったらどれだけ出てくるのでしょう？ご飯をおひつで持ってきてくれるのもあり、かなり満腹になりました。もちろん味も！露天風呂がとてもワイルドで、本当に山の中にいるのだと実感でき、個人的には非常に良いと思いました。中居さんのお気遣いもとても素晴らしかったです。

Super friendly and accommodating host!

We travelled with a group of 8 high school students from Hong Kong and we were late to check in due to some unexpected reasons. By the time the students arrived, restaurants and grocery store nearby have already been closed. The host took us to the grocery store to buy some instant Japanese curry and rice. She took all the trouble to reheat the food for students. For us adults who booked meal plan, the host kindly agreed to delay our dinner time to 08: 30 pm. Food was great.

This is not a luxury onsen inn and facilities are quite basis. In view of the wonderful service, I still would like to recommend this inn to others.

For those guests who do not order meal plan, there is a local restaurant which makes tasty Japanese pancake. Ask the host who will show you where the restaurant is. It is a small privately-run onsen inn, non-Japanese visitors please be reminded to arrive the inn on time. If there are any changes on your travel plans, please notify the host immediately.

The host speaks little English but she tried all her best to communicate with us and understand our needs.

SFriendly owners with good quality service. We arrived late and did not order meals. The owners were helpful and arranged us to buy ready meals at a nearby shop. They even stayed behind to reheat the ready meals for us. All rooms have nice views.

Amazing food and a lovely room with a room overlooking the river. Indoor and outdoor Onsen. Staff gave exceptionally good service
