欧風料理 Vitzaux ビトロー

初めて伺いました。
口コミ通り、ステーキの美味しさが神がかってます！パスタも中々いい！
スープバイキングにはがっかり、というよりも機械式で他メニューと落差がすごくて…汗

何度もお世話になってますが今回は地元から友人が来たのでランチで利用しました。
何を食べても美味しいのですが、中でもガーリックライスが仲間内で美味い！美味い！
と評判でした。たしかに美味かった〜w
次回はディナーで行きます！

I really loved this place among others in Echogo Yuzawa. It's a very unique in a sense that it combines japanese and continental cuisine.
Food tastes awesome and the amount of food they serve is just satisfying 5 star for that!

Great tapas spot close to the station! Relaxed vibe and tasty food! We really enjoyed the cheesy bread, margarita pizza, and the garlic bread. We enjoyed the ambiance and the connivence. Wine selection was limited but not bad!

Fast and friendly service, very tasty and great value meals. Pizza, wedges, smoked salmon & steak - perfect weekend dinner.

湯沢で夕食のお店を探してたどり着いたのは、駅前。看板のイメージが居酒屋風で期待せずに入りました、が予想外！
どれも美味しい。
まずステーキサラダを頼みましたが、この値段とは思えない美味しさでした。ちゃんと美味しく柔らかい。野菜も種類ありで見栄えもいい。
ピザも生地が美味しいので、トッピングはお好みのものがあればいける！
パスタはトマトソースが好きなので、味は問題ない。もう少しアルデンテが好みですが、美味しい。
テイクアウトも美味そうだった。
ここは肉推し！

Been here a few times and good had been pretty good though this time or seems a bit mediocre. We ordered a 350g sir loin to share and what that came might looked OK, the quality was far from it. Most likely the worst sir loin I've had and for over 3k jpy, we might have well have ordered the wagyu instead for around 1k jpy more. Eating it was like eating leather and whatever nutrition it may offer will have been offset by the energy needed to digest it. Other than that, the pork steak was much much better quality.

Service as usual was good and staff being very attentitive.

Will come here again but will never order sir loin ever again.

昼前に駅着で中野屋に行こうと思ったら行列が見える…。
失礼ながら見える別のところで良いやと決めた店。

おすすめらしきステーキサラダともち豚ボークステーキにピザなど注文。
ピザはそこそこだが、肉はどっちも美味かった。
どちらかと言うと店の推しっぽいステーキサラダの牛の方がオススメ。

薪ストーブが焚かれた店内は雰囲気は落ち着き目。他のお客さんが騒がしくなかっただけかもしれないけども。

ピザが本格的で美味しかったです。ステーキ丼も温泉卵が乗ってて違った感じで面白い。ソースが美味しかったです。スープが付いて来るんだけど、ドリンクバーみたいな機械で３種類あって味はどうかと思ったけどコーンスープを飲んでみたらかなり美味しかったです!

ビトローランチ (ミニステーキ、ミニサラダ、ライス) を頂きました。￥1280 (税別)
ステーキが柔らかくて、とても美味しかった！！
店内の雰囲気もよく、絶対また来ようと思いました！

A great little find near the station. A bit on the pricey side, but well-worth it. The beef dishes are all fantastic, with soft melt-in-your mouth textures. The desserts are great as well. If you're heading to Echigo-Yuzawa, make sure to check Vitzaux out.

Quiet side of the station. The staffs are very friendly and supportive, the atmosphere of the restaurant is very comfortable. Pizza margarita is amazing! Also liked the craft beer which you can also order several types for comparison.
Variety of dishes and reasonable price. Didn’t try pasta but it looked very nice too!

スキーの時に必ず立寄るイタリアンレストラン。以前あった名品のゴルゴンゾーラのニョッキはメニューから消えたが、グランプリ獲得のステーキ丼は健在でです。湯沢にも (失礼) こんなイタリアンがあるのだ、と観光客に知って欲しいと思います。家族連れで幼児がいても座れる小上がり的スペースもあります。
