Hafez is an excellent cozy restaurant. The food is delicious and there is such a variety. Nader is an outstanding host. I have been to this place many times over the years and it never disappoints. I will miss it upon leaving Japan. If you want great food at a good price, with a fantastic host, this is the place to go. Enjoy!

セットメニューがないので単品注文になりますがメニュー豊富で飽きません。お会計後、店員さんが美味しかったですか？価格はどうですか？と尋ねてくださり勉強熱心で素敵だなあと思いました。

たまには中東料理いいですよ。ぜひ足を運んでみてください。

前菜の盛り合わせは色々な種類が少しずつ食べられるのが嬉しいです。マッシュポテトにスパイスの香りがついたものが味わったことがない味で面白かったです。

One of the best persian food I have had in a long time. I have been here in Japan for about a year now and haven't had much finding good persian food. Hands down Nader has bridged the gap here! His service was outstanding and the food here is delicious! The environment is very welcoming and the walk is just 5 min or less from the subway station! I highly recommend it! And definitely try their Kebabs! It's finger licking good!

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is authentic and comforting. I'm an Iranian-American living in Japan and wanted a taste of home. I was really hoping this place would be good and it exceeded my expectations! The Iranian tea (earl grey) was also phenomenal. The owner was super friendly and helpful. My husband only speaks English so the owner switched back and forth between English and Farsi and communicated with us both. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for delicious Mediterranean food and a pleasant environment.

Beautiful place they take care of you and they serve you very good food. Also very important, its makes you feel like you are at home.

It’s a nice decent Iranian/ Arabic/ Indian restaurant with some good dishes to serve. Kebab Jojeh and Rice are the best. The guy is a one man army, he welcomes you, he takes your order, he cooks, he serves and bills you too! Good place to visit when you are in town

My friend and I had lunch here today. I've never eaten Iranian food but my friend insisted I try something new. She introduced me to zeresh polo, hummus, ghormeh sabzi, shashlik and jujeh kebab, dolmeh and lavash. WOW! The flavors and combinations were amazing. I absolutely loved the food. The host was such a nice guy too. He made us feel so welcome. I'm definitely going back more than once. It's an experience I won't forget and am looking forward to repeating. My friend and I absolutely recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

While I enjoyed the experience because it was my first time going to a Persian restaurant after 2 years, this restaurant wasn't anything special when it comes to food, and more importantly, the customer service quality was very disappointing.

We went there for a birthday occasion, so I decided to order a few types of food so my partner could try the Persian food that I'd told her so much about. From the beginning, I couldn't understand the details on one of the menu items, and when I asked the owner (who was also our server), he said, very impatiently and angrily: "You should look more closely at the menu! " And he said this not once, but twice. That's not how you treat a customer, and it gave me a very bad taste in my mouth before I'd even started eating. Mind you, I was extremely polite and respectful while ordering and asking questions, and my smile never left my face.

We finally managed to order, despite the owner's bad attitude, and I was telling myself that maybe the food is extremely good and it'll wash the bad treatment away. But when the food arrived, that wasn't the case.

We ordered Doogh, Koobideh Kabab, Joojeh Kabab, Dolmeh, Borani, yoghurt, roasted tomatoes and a pudding plus tea for dessert.

The Koobideh was dry and small for its expensive price point, Joojeh was not marinated well and the texture was kind of weird (don't know why), the Borani was extremely salty and practically devoid of eggplants, and the pudding was too sweet for my taste. The Doogh and the Dolme were okay, also the rice and the roasted tomatoes (and I put extra emphasis on "okay", as I wasn't amazed or anything).

At this point, if it was only the food, I would give this restaurant a 3.5 out of 5 stars, but taking the customer service into account, especially considering the fact that this restaurant is situated in Japan (which is famous for it's unparalleled customer service quality), I cannot recommend this place, and cannot give it anything higher than a 2 out of 5 stars. Even if a restaurant serves top-notch food, all it takes to ruin the experience is feeling like you're not really welcome in the restaurant. In this place, you're served expensive, mediocre food with a bad attitude to ensure you'll never come back.

This restaurant is located on an intersection on the second floor giving you a nice view. While you have your meal. The food was delicious. The owner of the restaurant is very kind and friendly. He made some recommendations and we loved it. On my next trip I will definitely return.

接客とても親切。店内は中東の雰囲気が素敵で広々。四ツ橋筋を見下ろすロケーションもいい。お料理も美味しい。
ランチで「トマトと鶏肉とじゃがいものピラフ」をいただきました。ペルシャ料理というのでしょうか。香辛料の重層的な風味と香りが、初体験だったのですがとても好き。
長いお米の料理がこんなに美味しいと感じたいのは初めてです。油っこくなくてサラッとしている。じゃがいもがいい味を出しています。めっちゃ美味しい。
サラダはきちんと冷やされていて、そのちょっとした心遣いというか、対応が嬉しい。
これはまた行ってランチ制覇したいです。美味しかった。ご馳走様でした。

平日のお昼に来店。コロナ禍で店内は閑散としてました。ケバブが食べたくて牛と鳥で注文。お味ですがクセは強すぎず食べやすいお味です。少し異国の香辛料の香りがいいですね。鳥の方はカレー風味で牛よりそっちが美味しかったかな。サラダもドレッシングをかけるタイプじゃなくて和えてるタイプだったからめっちゃいけてた。サブのスープも美味しかった。なんならそれが一番美味しかったくらいの勢いで美味しかったです。場所柄値段はそこそこしますがゆったり食べれて良かったです。店員さんイケメンでした。ご馳走様でした。

豆のペーストの揚げ物、トマトのサラダ、ケバブを食べました。味と値段のバランスは非常に良くコスパは良いかと思います。
異国情緒を味わえつつ、舌に馴染まない風味はあまりないので人に薦めやすい。

Delicious food which was a great break away from local flavors. Can recommend to browse through the menu to order many different dishes as shared plates on the table rather than just one dish each. Staff is also friendly, you won't be disappointed.

Ambiance is good, shef has a taste in his hands. Irani foods are the main course. Doner kebab is a must try and salad also. If you are in dotonbori, do visit this place. It's in the downtown.
