MSに頼っていたが、このお店の存在を知り、ﾎﾋﾞｰﾘﾝｸ･ｼﾞｬﾊﾟﾝさんのサイトを拝見致しました。在庫品は入手困難な商品があり、中に欲しい商品があったので、通販で製品を購入しました。カスタマーセンターの方の対応も丁寧で、迅速な対応をして頂きました。MSの通販とは違い静かさがあって好感がもてます。

プラモデル等の予約はAmazonやヨドバシレベルの取引量がないとフツーに受注数割れを起こします
ここでの「予約したのに」はそういう事でしょう
なので唯一の予約先とせず、保険として抽選購入に申し込んでおくぐらいのキモチで挑むのがオススメでしょう

My go to store for anime goods and figurines. The prices are good, the service is great. Everything is best about this store! I really like the "private warehouse" service where you can hold multiple orders, within 60 days, to ship in one shipping order. I highly recommend this store!

HobbyLink is definitely my go-to first stop for any character goods from Japan. Prices are excellent and shipping is fair and fast. If you take a while to read through their policies and understand how the site works you will be more successful with your purchases. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. They do often sell out of popular goods quickly - in those cases I will often have to use other services but I do check HLJ first!

My no. 1 hobby shop. Excellent service. Huge catalog. I have been customer since 2010. Every single package is very well protected.

Cannot recommend this place. The boxes of my toys always arrives dented or scratched. Obviously they don't care of the condition of boxes of their toys. But I do. So if you care about the condition of the boxes of your toys please avoid this place. I am only writing this because I have used other companies and my toys have always arrived in pristine condition but with HLJ, there are always problems with my shipments.

On the plus side, HLJ gives competitive pricing and fast shipping.

I ordered a Mg Delta Plus gundam kit on Feb. 1,2019. At that time, it was 'in stock 3-5 days', so I was gonna wait for 3-5 days. However, two days later, its status became 'back-ordered', and I kept waiting. Another two days later, its status change back to instock 3-5 days, and again two days later became back-ordered and the circle kept rolling. Today is Feb. 13, and I decide to cancel the ordered and use Taobao instead to buy. I don't know why they have this kind of confusing labeling. If you dont have that, keep it back-ordered please. Frustrated. Was expecting the item before I travel and 3-5 days wait was ok for me but not 13 days or more. First time buying on this webaite, but maybe there is no next time. Please pay extra attention if you are ordering something 'instock 3-5 days', it may ended up with a long wait!
