いたって普通のお店です。
少し薄めな味なのかな
味噌より醤油系の方が良いのかも
カツカレー頼みましたがカレーは普通でカツは美味しかったです

湯葉ラーメンになぜか椎茸が入っている。なぜあんかけ風なのか気になる。味が薄い。特にチャーシューが甘ったるい。
コロナ禍で人が少なかったからかもしれないが、それにしてもスタッフが一人でやっていたので大変そうに見えた。すみません、きのこ類が嫌いで。

ザ・普通のラーメン。ただ中禅寺湖周辺で数少ない17時過ぎても営業している素晴らしいお店です。
水戸屋という屋号と家康ラーメンで奥日光と家康関係ないだろとか、そもそも水戸は家康じゃないだろとか色々とツッコミどころが頭をよぎるけど気にしちゃいけない。

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The Yuba soba was delicious. It was warm, comforting, and hit the spot. It’s a lovely place to support with delicious food. The price is reasonable as well!

Yummy Katsu, that’s perfectly fried. Served by a lovely elderly couple. Cozy and reasonably priced.

らーめん屋敷という名前だが、うどんやそば、このほかに定食もあります。
The name is Ramen Mansion, but there are also udon and soba, as well as set meals.

Yummy ramen. The place is kind of large but only an old couple runs the place so please be patient with ordering or billing. If you are rushing for bus and want to eat quick ramen, you may try another place but not here. It is a comfortable environment with some music. You can feel the aging of this place through the decorations. Highly recommend to try the ramen and be supportive to old traditional Japanese heritage.

Lovely old couple served this very tasty food for just 1200 yen. It's not a posh restaurant sure but if you like honest, simple local places with good food you should check this.
We were also amazed by the European music from the 70's

The restaurant is run by an old couple who are friendly and can speak some English. Food is nice with free rice refill and hot tea provided. It saved us from a freezing windy day in early Spring.

An Old Japanese couple run the house, they will serve you the best traditional Japanese dishes you can ever wish for, highly recommended!

Cozy place and welcoming owners. The curry was hearty and perfectly seasoned, if you don't shy from spicy food, give it a try!

The dumpling is really crispy and nice! Fried rainbow trout is fresh and taste great. The owner is polite and able to understand english.

Tried the curry rice with pork cutlet and the barbecued pork. Food is good, place is clean, owner is nice and understands english.

The owners are good at English, and provided great food. The taste was not as heavy as other restsurants, and I felt comfortable after the meal. They closed late so that dinner is available after 1800. Although there are not too many customers in the late hours, I really liked the food and friendly owner. Totally recommended!

Fried pork cutlet was very tender and flavourful. Hot soba soup was nice as well. Gyoza was good also.
